I am looking to make a Superman Returns Brandon Routh Superman in 3.75 scale. Using a Marvel Universe figure body I would imagine. The body isnt the hard part, I cant find a head that looks enough like Routh to pull it off.
Does anyone know a head from GI Joe, or any other 3.75 line that I could use for a custom of him??? any suggestions would be much appreciated!! Thanks! |

hmm good question, look at the A-team figures I think face might do for him, or this is a big or you could go to that website that makes miniture copies of actually faces it would be dead on and painted but would cost ya quite a bit, so depends on how bad you want it.
ThatsMyFace - Custom Action Figures, Dolls & Masks from your Photos Custom Head for 4" Figure | Custom Action Figures | ThatsMyFace.com they have the heads alone on sale but still $49.00 plus shipping and I think they charge for hair sculpt and other stuff amazing toys.. I plan to buy 1 eventually of myself and possibly my gf and put them on a wolverine and mystique body haha. also google jin saotome and check out his site if you already haven't he has links on other sites that sell custom molded heads and some are cheap. thanks for the thorough answer my friend! yeh i think that would be a little more than i was willing to pay! but thats for the suggestion of face from the A-Team, i will definitely check that out.
i emailed a company called slayer design studios and they have told me thay have a Routh head sculpt available, but it will be available when they take their next batch of orders, havent seen it yet though. |

if your look through the customizing links posted on jin's site there are some sites that make dc heads, also the site that makes the super detailed heads, it's actually not so bad if you buy in bulk, it's pricey but reasonable, I think it's like $50 for 1, but $50 for another 3, so for $100 you'd get 4, $25 a pop, painted, detailed to fuck and if designed well enough you could easily sell the other 3 on ebay and make all your $$ back
