I don't think they captured either likeness very well.

Aah, better than the Triceratops with indigestion, BUT, did people love those two characters that much to have a statue made? I mean out of all the poses, they decided to go with them holding flares and waving them?

Its pretty weird choices, at least to me.

They're eventually going to be joined by the T-Rex and dio elements to complete the scene. In that sense, you're getting a whole vignette based on one of the most memorable scenes from the film.

What about the guy sitting on the toilet about to be eaten?

That was the most memorable scene for me. Before that, it was all fun and game, that was the pivotal point in the movie where it just got real!

Ohh, that might look cool then! But looking at the scale of those two, isn't the T-rex going to be pretty big? Can't even imagine how big the actual diorama is going to look.

Yeah, it will end up being pretty large. Not sure if it's going to be a full T-Rex, or if he'll be obscured in a way to make it work without killing peoples wallets.

So are there any good, large, T-Rex action figures? I want something poseable that can tower over my other figures.

I have dreams of one day pitting the Ashley Wood Metal Gear REX against a same-scale T-Rex.

Now that you mention it, I don't think I have ever seen a solidly sculpted, decently articulated T-rex (or any dinosaur) for that matter. It might also have to do with lack of major movie titles in recent years that featured the Dinosaurs prominently. With the Jurassic World movies picking up steam, we might get some..... maybe ....... a Play Arts Kai T-rex for $300 lol.... OR.... Hot Toys with seamless dino body.... oh the possibilities!! lol

There was that very compelling Revoltech T-Rex, until I saw it in person and realised it's less than 3.75" tall. Heck, my Hasbro Gonk Droid could probably take it in a fight.

So to be correct, the ones that they are showing us now will be stand alone pieces? These 3 will not be apart of the diorama that is coming?

If they are stand alone pieces, that is quite expensive. Anyone wanna take a guess at what the diorama will be $$$ ?

Whoops. What I get for typing instead of copying/pasting prices. Hehe.

Remember that iconic scene when they faced off the T-Rex mere inches away from a gaping abyss? Yeah, me neither.
And look at that footprint there, it's like another one had jumped down.
