Where this idea came from I have no idea, but I ran with it. At first I was thinking of making a ragged CRS but ended up with the Osh Kosh Cobra Uniform. Curious to hear what everyone thinks so don't be shy....ha ha ha....another member of my lil pet project completed! I've also heard he looks a bit like Riley from the boondocks...so yea.

It's a nicely done custom to be certain but I still cant help but think...
"What you talkin' 'bout Destro?" It really does resemble Gary Coleman in a creepy violent kinda way. BTW, fantastic job on that hair!!! What did you use to make that great texture? I need to learn that for a Misty Knight custom... Did you press some textured thing into the epoxy, like a hard sponge or something? Also, beautiful file card- the only thing taht would make it better would be if the pic was an illustration like the Joe cards use. That's not impossible though- there's some filter or software that converts photos into a graphic representation like that A Scanner Darkly movie. Just an idea.

hahaha, I can appreciate the similarities to Mr. Coleman. Thanks for noticing the effort that went into the hair. I used "the Green stuff" and then went over it with a very stiff (scrubbing) paint brush. I could def appreciate some artwork on the card, my hope is to one day get into casting and link up with a caster in the future and do small 'production' runs on figures, I would def take the time to draw or have someone draw some 80's style card art on the packaging.
Also Jason I appreciate you takin the time to leave such great feedback. Best of Luck with the Misty Knight figure. If you want to see pictures of the brush I used or need more info on the green stuff, feel free to hit me upon Facebook.com/keepitcleancustoms |

Cool man- i'll check it out! I;m making a Phobos figure and I can appreceate your custom more than you know- I bought that Jango figure to serve as my base fig, but have decided to go witha Microman Sister figure instead 9crazy articulation on that).
Someone here made a fantastic kid Loki from that Jango figure and I want to make that SO bad! You know, you culd get another of those Jango figures and make Billy- Cobra Commander's son from the old (and excellent) 80's GI Joe comic.

Phobos was one of my favorite characters from secret avengers I'm always hoping they will put out a boxed set with him and his pops Ares in it. Billy! Is an awesome idea thanks for the suggestion! Gonna have to try that out

I'm useinga Microman "sister" for my Phobos' body- it's ultra articulated and on sale for $15 from Smalljoes.com.
That would work for Billy as well- after all, he got trained up by Storm Shadow himself... Still the man to beat (or attempt to match) is Jimsloth- his Phobos is without peer! http://www.toyark.com/phobos-god-fear-96023/ When I first saw your custom I thought it was Jim's- you two are on the same level of kick butt customs!
