I have both of these. So.....$40 for a new Superman head and base? I’m in! Lol.
When did the cards become pics of the figure instead of art? |

Updated the story. Also listed on Gamestop.com. More expensive there ($45), but supposedly ships next week.

FINALLY, a McFarlane DC release that isn't Batman!
Um, wait...that's technically Batman? Dammit, Todd! You're worse than the guy at Hot Toys with the Iron Man hard-on! |

Thought from that pic it was a Death of Superman 2 pack.
Am disappoint. That said, this should easily be able to be retooled INTO a Death of Superman 2 pack. |

A LITTLE disappointed. THis should have been Death of Supes 2 pack.
Love the angry face, but should have used that Bizzaro/Infected Superman body instead. I know figures take time to plan, but something like this makes me think all these companies DON'T listen to fan feedback. Devastator Supes 2 pack should have been Doomsday....considering it's the 30th anniversary next year I think..... |

Well this is basically a repackage. It's clearly not some repaint or anything. It's clearly not meant to be a brand new product. New Supes head and a hand but overall a repack.
30th anniversary for Death of Superman. They got a year for that. I think this and Red Son Superman were the last hoorah of this mold. Death Metal Superman and Bizarro use the new mold. Doomsday really doesn't look like Devestator sans the big grey body and bone extrusions in random places. |
