Went to my local target this morning and found the latest wave at target. Nabbed me a cable (hopeless) scarlet spider (upside down variant) doctor strange (colored) and Skaar (Skaar stand). I also grabbed a 6" Artemis young justice figure for my brother. I also saw those new ultimate fx lightsaber. Might have picked one up if they weren't so short compared to the older ones.
Edit: Oh best part was. The MUs were on sale for $6.99 I know it's only a dollar. But four dollars chapter then it would have been Last edited by Do Boy; 08-07-2011 at 06:37 AM.. |

Small town in Leominster. Not sure if they have another but they had the goliath and Thor set as well for 17 bucks. They also had that cool gi Joe doom cycle on sale for 9 bucks.

Kinda sucks that the "variant" for SS is just the stand and packaging- they should have repainted him into his unique costume (which we've still not seen, IIRC). But whatever- this ave is great for Falcon and Doctor Strange- I was seriously fine with buying the case from BBTS for $50 just for them and trading the rest away. Hmm...I gotta dig up my Secret wars Falcon and see how those wings look on him- he's needed wings forever! I was looking at a winged horse from some rubber toyline at Miachels to make old-skool Falcon wings for my MU figure... |

The intel is nice, but knowing that I have only seen 3 stores stocked full of the first listed case stinks because I want the colored Strange and the Spidey variant (even if it is lame).
And sounds like others on coasts are only finding that case that we're not getting. So it's a simple game of distribution. Now, if only someone would be willing to trade! |

I still haven't seen the new wave here. Still waiting on my bbts order too. On another note, I noticed singe targets showing little mu on the pegs which means they should re stock soon.

They also put out signs that say they won't look in the back for "collectibles" anymore.

And I'd expect Target to be 1st too. This one Wal-Mart seems to get stuff the others don't like the Cobra Elite Shock Troops that look like SWAT. Saw them there & no place else, not even Toys R Us.

On another note, I've been seeing a whole lot of Apocalypse and Thanos on the pegs lately. That's a good sign. |

I scored at target this morning myself. Picked up a Dr. Strange (color) Skarr (son of hulk stand) and Falcon. Decided to pass on scarlet spidey and Doom. I did score a Skystriker though! WOO HOO!
