I took an overall picture to show how each area is located in relation to each other.

Focusing in on the castle and wizard's keep and the citizens of the 1:18 Realm

Some of the tower guards include Schleich Griffin Knight and assassin. I also threw in an extra Chap Mei King Harald, Hecrules, and Thunder Thor.





The Elf assassin from the Chap Mei/Top Toys Legends line. He looks a very similar to Assassin's creed character.

I have a couple different cave pieces.

Most of them come from the Scheich castle. I picked up a couple of the castles when Walmart had them marked incorrectly for $10



I also have a couple cave entrances that can be found in a bunch of Chap Mei & Animal planet sets


I also have a couple Schleich wildllife caves. The bases are used in the Orc stronghold as dry spots in what will eventually be a muddy arena area.


The cave walls behind the forest are from a monster truck playset thing. The rock pieces and dock pieces are also from that same monster truck set. I'll have to find some pictures of it when I get a chance I don't have them handy.

Sweet, thank you I am going to have to hunt through Schleich offerings to find some of those pieces, though I doubt I'll fine them at the great price you found them at.

The Forest
Right now everything is mashed together but evnetually I plan on having 3 distinct areas. Cursed forest, regular forest, and temple ruins.

I have a couple different Groots for the purpose as well as the big 17" Treebeard just haven't gotten to them yet.

I really like the Marvel Select Groot as an Ent.

Here are some trees for your haunted forest. 2 on the left are from Spencers, one on the right from Walmart. They are incense burners. Michaels has a haunted tree in their Halloween decorations but you might want to hurry, they are already putting them on clearance.

I like those ones from Spencers. I've seen the one at Walmart a bunch but there is something I just don't like about it. Can't put my finger on what though...

You could always put it in the back as filler to give depth. It just occurred to me you could paint this Clayface gray and make him a Rock Troll or Stone Giant.

Never thought of painting that one but that would work pretty well. I was just going to leave him the same and use him as an earth elemental. I was going to use one of the other clayface figures that is already grey as the rock elemental. It has a weird rubbery arm but will look fine in the caves.

Today's trip through the 1:18 fantasy realm (I should really think of a name to call this place) brings us to the swamp and marshes.



The center piece is Yoda and his hut. I still need to paint this but it suffices for now.

We also have Rizzo the rat cosplaying as Yoda

Next up is the Orc Stronghold.
It is anchored by the Schleich Bull Ring for the walls and raised platform for the leaders of the Green Orc Faction. The Red Orc Faction has taken residence in the World Peacekeepers Battlefield Ruins.

How is the Picknose fig? I have a chance to pick up him and one other Elfquest fig but in general they seem like horrible sculpts.

Sculpt is pretty good on Picknose. He is no Mythic Legion figure by any means but better than some. Articulation is not very good and mine has a weak ankle so he wants to fall forward a bunch and the waist part is broken.
So it depends on what you want the figure for. I use mine more as a background piece so I don't need much articulation in him. He is just there as eye candy.

The next location is based on caves near the surface and close to mountains. This will eventually lead down to the deep caverns and Underdark.




The residents of the caves are more monstrous than the suface dwellers and most are more solitary.

patients my dear friend. I actually have a couple Uliks as well as many more Marvel figures that will join the ranks because in my world Fantasy>Marvel.
