Is that made out of one of the crappy 12 in. kids toys and a hot toys head?

It's an oversized knock off of the 10 inch Hasbro figure in the middle of the pic below

Looks not bad! So it is a knock off, is that those cheap ones I keep seeing on eBay being sold from China? How is the articulation on it compared to the Hasbro one?

And by the way, which Mark 42 is that?
