Hey guys-

So I collect vintage Nintendo stuff, but came across this at a garage sale this morning. I paid $30 and it seemed too good to pass up. There are probably 250-300 figures from Batman, Xmen, Star Wars, and other comics. The dates range from the late 90s to early 00s.

Should I try and sell individually, or as a whole? Are these too new to be valuable?

Thanks, and cheers from Milwaukee.

One more thing- most of the DC figures say DC S03, s04, or s05. Does anyone know what these are?

You should probably try and sell them in lots. That ML Colossus is worth the $30 you paid by himself, those 2 big Hulks are very desirable as well, you got a great deal there!Maybe you can get more pics up? Would love to see them all!

yeah you have better than 200$ easy on Marvel figures alone, I'd probably take the time to price them out, determine what's worth selling individually, and the rest lump into lots by genera, Star Wars, DC, Marvel. or, if you're not into the leg work create a BST thread here, put numbered post-it notes by the pics and take offers. you have a lot of good stuff there, you definitely made far more than your money back brother you did good. I want to start garage sailing in your neighborhood!

Thank you very much for the information Batman and Kylactus! Here are a few more pictures. The problem is that I am having trouble identifying many of the figures- most are only marked with something like "TM & @DC Comics (s03)" and don't give a year. Is there a better way to identify what exactly I have? Also- do you guys know the names of the 2 large toybiz figures? These things are huge!

I haven't quite decided how I'm going to sell yet... does this site take a percentage if I sell here?

The big Hulk on the far right is from the Marvel Legends ICONS series,it's worth a pretty penny, that blue and purple robot next to the big Batman is a Marvel Legends Sentinel and is also quite valuable,I would suggest ebay but I suspect you will be receiving many offers from people on this site!

you have a build a figure sentinel, and Apocalypse there. Sentinel is going for over 100, Apocalypse 35-50, I'd put pics on the Marvel universe 3.75, and 6" threads. you'll get bites quick.

Nice stash. Looks like somebody kicked their boyfriend to the curb... Good work.

As far as ebay small figures do better in lots (better for you too w/ listing/shipping fees)

Any of these large figures will sell on their own kicking off at $9.99 they will land a pretty penny as long as you list competently.

First, welcome to the Toyark! Second, I'd echo what the others said about getting an excellent deal. Now on to your other questions....

Yes. The first step was to move this thread to our "ID This Toy!" forum (which I've already done). This is the best place to get all your toys identified.

The next step would be for you to post up pics of every toy you have there, preferably with some way of referencing each pic (like Kylactus' Post-It suggestion or a slip of paper with a number/letter on it). It will make it easier to sort out everything.

No, we do not. If you'd like to sell/trade here then create a thread in this forum with your username in the title for that:

Buy Sell Trade

Be sure to read the rules for posting in our BST forum.

Those are not BST threads.

That is Robot Superman from DC Direct's Superman Through The Ages 4-figure boxed set.

This one seems a bit weird- this superman figure has vines on the neck and arm. It also has a hole in the back and fits in with the "Superman Through The Ages Figure Set". Can someone help? Am I trying to complete the set with the wrong figure?

Yep, that is the wrong Jim Lee Superman for the boxed set. The one you have in the pic is from DC Direct's Hush line of figures. It represents Clark while he was possessed by Poison Ivy, hence the vines on him, the torn cape and the vegetation on the flight stand. The boxed set version does not have any of those extra details.

Also, the flat base for the Hush figure should be shaped like a Bat-symbol, not the S-symbol. Here is a link to an Ebay auction for the Hush version:

Wow, that's gotta be a dream garage sale score.

When you're ready to sell I might be interested in a batman fig or two.
