floppy hat?

Your better bet may be to look at the various bbi/XD soldiers. Some of them come with boonie hats that could be modded to have wider brims to satisfy this need. Depending on your fig's hairstyle, you may need to mod the interior of the boonie for it to fit as the soldiers are all essentially bald.

I checked with my wife, she has some Polly Pockets with hats, but they are way to small.

I will keep my eyes open, though.
