you mean one of these? I really dont know, most likely have to be sculpted, unless you get lucky

Your better bet may be to look at the various bbi/XD soldiers. Some of them come with boonie hats that could be modded to have wider brims to satisfy this need. Depending on your fig's hairstyle, you may need to mod the interior of the boonie for it to fit as the soldiers are all essentially bald.

What about the old floppy hat Luke from the older Star Wars figure? I don't remember if he has goggles on them or not though.
