While paying some bills at my local mall last week, couldn't help but walk down the toy isle of my local Zellers and found a shelf full of comic 2packs! which is so odd for them as they're stock of MU and Iron man hardly gets updated, they had Nightcrawler/storm, dr doom/ absorbing man, iron man/ spiderwoman, reed/ultron, thing/bulldozer, spiderman/thunderball and I think that's it, I want the nightcrawler so that I can have a 3 3/4'', to go with my 6'' ML and 12'' MI, and perhaps ultron so that he can battle some of my iron man figures... but which is the rarer of them or harder to find, I ask because I get paid this thursday and have friday off so between thur/fri I'll be back looking for toys and would like ideas, if $$ allows I will buy them all lol

There's a good chance it varies from place to place but around here there are PLENTY of Ultron, whereas I've only seen Nightcrawler a couple times. It's a good comic pack with two good characters vs. Ultron + really boring guy in blue suit.

Yah, it really depends. The X-men people like the Nightcrawler/Storm set, but the upcoming giant sized X-men box set pretty much makes that set obsolete IMO. For the people who started MU late and want to finish their Wrecking Crew the Spidey/Thunderball set is a must... for everyone else, not so much. And the more casual person will go for the Doctor Doom/Absorbing Man set because Doctor Doom is so iconic. Nobody buys the Iron Man/Spider-woman set though. LOL.

The spider-woman/iron-man set probably seems underwhelming but the spider-woman fig almost never appears on ebay. The Reed is a good head sculpt but a lousy body and i've gotta believe that there's going to be a better figure on his own or boxed with the other FF. Personally i'd go with Wrecking Crew sets and the nightcrawler/storm set.

The Doctor Doom set would be a good buy I think.

I think someone said it was supposed to be $40 for the set, but who knows.

Not sure of the pricetag either but that's not bad. I LOVE the Dave Cockrum look of the X-Men from the 70's, so I'm definitely buying that set.
