This is another figure printed on the Form 2 printer usind durable resin. It is in 3 3/4 scale, although quite bulky. It features a cockpit with a little pilot inside.

I made a couple of variations for the the pilot but the one in the middle is the figure I settled with. All figures are fully articulated.

Here is the suit along some other 3D printed figures of mine.

These figures are really cool. What's the inspiration? The robot and dwarf driver remind me of Marvel's Gremlin/Titanium Man but something tells me its not.

Man,the sanding you must do! This looks really cool! I can't decide if the pilot is hilarious or seriously creeping me out, but the robo suit is amazing.

Thanks! There was no particualar inspiration. I just wanted to make a generic robot suit. The reason why I went for a creepy scarred face on the driver was simply because I wanted to see how that kind of detail would come out with the print...

Thanks. The sanding is actually not that bad. I have to file down the bumps where the figure neede support structures but the rest is fine. Resin is very smooth when it comes to printing.
