I wasn't sure where to post this, but I thought maybe figure repairs would be in the neighborhood of custom work. So here we go. I've been using Loctite liquid super glue to do these repairs. Feel free to post your own repair work in the thread, I'm curious to see what you all do for repairs.
Day 1. All of the JLU figures were broken in the waist they were in half. After the glue dried I kept the Wonder Woman and futuristic-looking Superman. I sold the two regular Supermen because I have one that's in better condition. Killer Croc's head was broken, I glued it back on. The arctic Batman is broken at the knee, and Last Son Superman's head broke off. Same with Clark Kent and Hal Jordan. Bizarro's right leg and the left arm broke off. Martian Manhunter is broken in both legs. Penguin broke at the waist, and Captain Marvel's right arm broke off. The Funko Penguin's hand broke and the Joker bust also had a broken hand. The Funko Batman is fine, he's just part of the same two-pack as Penguin Day 2. The JLU Batman's head broke off. The Nolan Batman is broken in the right knee and left elbow. Flash is broken in the knee. The Batman Penguin has a broken right arm and Riddler's head broke off. TDKR Superman broke at both elbows. Mr. Freeze's right arm broke. Public Enemies Superman left arm broke. Doc Ock had a broken tentacle arm. Next week I'm selling the The Batman Penguin & Riddler and JLU Batman because I already of those in better condition. Is it me or were early DC Direct figures extremely fragile because most of these are DC Direct figures from the 1990s and early 2000s? The Public Enemies Superman arm broke on day 2 when I was trying to get it to pose with Captain Marvel (also from the Public Enemies line). I had that Superman since 2009, and it break from the slightest articulation in 2022. Also, Captain Marvel had repairs done by the previous owner when I bought him because the legs were already glued on when I bought it. |

Some more repairs. Here's a before and after of Carnage. He was also broken at the waist too.
Straight Jacket Joker his legs were broken in the crotch area. Some I did for fun gluing Doc Ock's right hand back on. Don't know where his left hand is. This Joker, it was his left-hand boy it was a pain to repair. |

Fixed the back of the Punisher's assault rifle. Now it has a back end to it.
Here are before and after shots of him holding the weapon. |
