I just dropped some of the DC 52 books and have a couple extra dollars to spend and I am thinking of try some X like. What is has the best story right now without being bogged down with tons of insider stuff. A jumping on point. I have read the first couple collections of Morrison's X-Men and the first two collections of Astonishing X-men. Liked the later not the former. (Not a big Morrison fan after the way he screwed with the Martian Manhunter).

Basically sell me on some books.

uncanny x-force, the first 5 issues are in tpb form , and that a very good arc/strating point to jump on at. plus the story in general is completely awesome!

Agree with that! Some others as well is Messiah War, Homecoming and the previous X-Force lead by Cyclops/Wolverine.

The last X-Force team was Wolverine, Warpath, Domino, X-23, Archangel, Vanisher, Elixr and Wolfsbane. A great mix if you ask me. The new Uncanny is Wolverine, Archangel, Psylocke, Fantomex, Deathlok and Deadpool.
