The whole "Sexy Freddy" thing has me confused, I saw one of those cheap-ass slutty Halloween costumes based on the same idea. I mean, wasn't Kruger a child molester?

This is just... horribly, terribly wrong on so many levels. I really, really... just... Why, Japan? Why do you do these horrible things? What did we ever do to you?

This is some sort of Halloween prank, right?!?! Come on Koto! Well, typical of the Bishoujo line, you have to take the awful with the awesome. The new Psylocke and Mara Jade statues look great, and then Koto decides to follow up those with these horror icon statues. Bishoujo statues of characters like Hack/Slash's Cassie Hack (who fights horror movie slashers), or a sexy female version of Ash Williams from Evil Dead and AoD, woulda been a perfect fit for this line. Sadly, we get these instead

Cassie would have been a great choice.

Have to agree with the rest of you folks, I love what they do with the Marvel ladies and the other one, but making them...yeah weird.

Yes, he was. He also tortured and murdered them - all of which happened while he was still human. There is nothing "sexy" about him.

My only guess is that the people behind this particular idea have never actually seen any of the Nightmare series of films and only know of him due to him being a horror icon.

Yeah, there are so many other choices that would have been better than these two. Nancy, Kristen or Alice from the Nightmare films; Jill, Alice and Rain from Resident Evil; and so on.
