The real question is this:

Do you believe in Aliens? - Toyark.com

Not a spaceship- a computer image effect.

Geez...the "cloaked spaceship" would have to be as big as Mercury itself!
Not possible- something so massive would throw Mercury's orbit all to hell.
Most of the rest of the solar system's smaller objects as well.

I appologize in advance if your comment was a joke, but it's hard to tell. So just in case it wasn't, Mercury doesn't have a moon.

What if it had "not throw Mercury's orbit off" tech to go with its cloaking device?

Yep! Cloaked Deathstar it must be!

Mercury and Venus are the only two planets in the sol system that do not have moons.

My guess is the cloaking device causes it to phase out of mass not unlike the Vision's phasing abilities.

Vision's ability to change his density does not negate his mass- it spreads it out so he's intangible or condenses it so he's diamond tough, but it's always present in some form.

But comic books are hardly the place to go for a rational explanation- Marve's grasp on science is tenuous at the best of times.

Its clearly using an anti-graviton generator to counter the mass effects, otherwise it would have disturbed the orbits of bodies in the system it was costructed.
But Im not buying into it until I see evidence of invisible strange flying triangles being shot down on earth.
