just to give you guys a heads up about this website. if you plan on doing business with the motorpool, i would go somewhere else. they don't stick to their own policies. they cost me $35 in bank charges and i can't pay any bills til the "refund" goes through. their website clearly states they don't charge customers until it is time to ship the item you ordered. but they didn't bother mentioning they would put a hold on my bank account for the amount of the order for 30 days. i called the company and the owner was a complete s.o.b. he was extremely and personally rude. his only solution was to cancel my order and delete my account and hang up on me.

i may sound like i'm complaining to some, but i have always been taught in customer service, your suppose to do everything possible to help your customers and make a sale. this guy didn't seem to care at all about that.
i will do business with bad cat aviation and military toy shop from now on, and i suggest the same to everyone else. bad cat has always been friendly to me and clear on what their policies are. not like this guy.

is jsi planning on revealing the paint scheme before october, does anyone know? i would hope they would instead of keeping it secret, which they have done a great job at (other than revealing the squadron). but i would hope to see what the plane actually looks like before i buy it, which i'm sure everyone has pre-ordered one like me. but what if they don't? what if it is ugly? this is a concern of mine and a few other people i've talked to. does anyone know what they are planning?

has anyone seen the finished production plane? i quess everyone knows it will be hi-viz? i hope its not that damn scheme from final countdown, you see that everywhere. i like the mid eightys version, where the stripe and star are seperate, like the franklin mint jolly rogers f-14. i hope they release pics soon, i'm going crazy, i want to see this bad boy!

Yes. Not sure when, but I thought it would be at SDCC. Surprised it wasn't.

That one I think is alright, I prefer the one from Final Countdown. It's more graphic, not as minimalist.

you got that right, this guy was a complete a.. and the truth is he didn't have to be. but oh well, he defiantly made an enemy with me.
i mean okay so you own a business that has a lot of followers to say. but, that doesn't mean you can treat customers like crap, even first time customers who may not understand all the policies. but when you start your phone conversation with i don't have the time to deal with you, then end the conversation the same way and tell the customer i am cancelling your order, then hang up on them. all i have to say to that is f... you! i will do everything i can to stop this guy from hurting other people's feelings and pockets for that matter.

SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENT AND SUPPORT
