I think it looks legit. But I'm not sure until I get confirmation from an official source.

This sucks! we've been waiting five years for excactly this in MU scale. Two Xmen boxsets later and they still avoided what we wanted.

Well, I've already got an MU set of the original 5, so if this is legit, I'm all over this set like brown on brown rice...

Whoa this made the front page. Yeah that Marvel Girl is exciting.
Not that I wanna be that guy but I wish we had head swaps. In the comics they are always out of their masks so it could be fun

I'm with you man. And I thought for sure we'd get them in MU since they showed up in Marvel Now. Problem is that they aren't wearing those costumes now in the comic so Hasbro may decide it's not worth it, especially because they seem to think collectors don't buy MU.

I wish there could be two versions of this. One with original costumes and the other with the updated ones

I don't need this for Marvel Legends. What I need is a "LOST FIGURE" set. One that includes Modern Rogue, Modern Blade, Sentry, AoA Jean Grey, and Bulldozer. And maybe even throw in Frog Thor and Forbish Man as a bonus. That would be great.

All of my yes. For being a hardcore Marvelite, I have very few Marvel figures in my collection (just not a fan of the aesthetic choices, I suppose), but I love ANXM and I would jump at this set given half the chance!
Hoepfully, if this is an SDCC set, my buddy can hook me up. |

It looks pretty legitimate, considering that the art style's the same as the Thunderbolts set (I believe) and it has one of those little blurbs on the package too. Plus, it looks like Cyclops, Angel and Iceman are coming on the "Bucky-Cap" body, Beast is on the "Hyperion" body, and Jean is on the updated "Elektra/SHIELD Woman/Black Widow" body, with those newfangled rocker ankles. I'm glad Cyke and angel are on the same body as the Astonishing Cyke and Archangel. it's a nice bit of continuity between figures there.

Very neat, it would have been funny if they would have left Ice Man's boots like the original.
I would have loved this a few years ago. |

Yeah as kind of ugly as this looks I would get it, dang kinds of makes me wish I kept the Thunderbolts set from last year...The legends are hit and miss for me though.

Looks slightly bland to me, may pick it up if I see it for a decent price.

85 for this set, a pass for me, this may shelf warm. Glad it's not an SDCC exclusive, I probably would have regretted it buying it

Where do you see it being stated as being 85 bucks?
And Iceman should have his boots like the old Toy Biz boxed set. |

Awesome! If this was a convention exclusive, I wouldn't go through the trouble of tracking it down. TRU exclusive though, I'll buy it on the spot.
