I've backed and I'm really hoping it gets off the ground. I'm really impressed by FMF's digital scuplts, I think there's so much potential there for the development of quality 1:18 scale figures that - based on the sculpts alone - are sharper than anything Hasbro have on offer in the same scale. Sure their have been delays with their EFR line, but they've been fully transparent and I'm still 100% behind their company and concepts. I would encourage anyone who is interested to pledge even $20 ($42 with postage) for a single figure. I mean, who doesn't want The Face or Black Terror in their collection?

No it's easy to arm chair quarterback, but I think the Eagle Force delays are really hurting this. We now have 5 separate Kickstarters using this figure system - 4 are funded and not delivered. I know there are 2 separate companies involved (Fresh Monkey and Zica) but it's still all connected as far as the fans are concerned:

So that's hard from a consumers standpoint to see all of those undelivered projects and then back another.

Fresh Monkey really needs to get Eagle Force out.

And Jay Wet makes a point that all of these other recent sketchy Kickstarter figure campaigns not (yet) delivering may be having an impact, but unfortunately I also think that most of these are VERY niche characters that don't have much in the way of wide appeal. Too bad, I was looking forward to that Dreadstar figure.

Literally right before this one, Readysetz failed to fund. I was all in on that one, and all in on this one. This is getting depressing. I am also waiting on my Dime Store Legends figures too.

- Our plan is to re-launch soon, exact timeframe TBD, but we'll let you know. Sadly the character offering will change and shift around a bit, but it'll be with a lower funding goal in mind. We might even be able to find some additional characters to bring to the party in the mean time. Once we figure out a game plan we'll make sure we post a follow up update to this campaign so you'll know ahead of time.

We're also going to run a survey on Facebook so we can see what characters folks are more interested in. So be sure to follow us on social media.

In slightly related news: Zica's Adventure People line has been temporarily redesignated Comic Action Heroes and is up on their sight for preorder. The final name for the line will be announced when the figures and card art are done.
