Any ideas who this is?

Hello all,
My kids have been playing with this toy for a few months now, but we have no idea who it is or where it came from!
Can anyone shed some light on this for us?

That is Grayson Hunt from the video game "Bulletstorm". NECA Toys made that about 10 years ago or so.
