Maybe it's because Blaster was technically also a Kingdom release, although it seems a lot of stores are skipping that final wave in favor of waiting for Legacy. There's clearly still a Kingdom Tigatron there so perhaps the store didn't want the possibility of two Blasters on the shelf at different prices thus generating confusion.

So far, both bulkhead and blaster are at the same price of $44 from my place but i'll definitely see a price increase for these in the following weeks.
