Congrats on it finally arriving. Freaking loving the Ant-Man. I must have one but as someone else pointed out it'd be even better if it had 3 3/4 Wasp in it. Oh well still awesome.

Ooo... at least he has thigh swivels and a really nice looking headsculpt. I always thought Ant Man was like either really tiny or really big though... I never knew he was regular sized too. He looks good with the rest of the guys.

When and if this ever comes out, I'll go halfsies on anyone that wants Moon Knight but not Ant Man (as in - I'll pick it up and sell them Moon Knight, or if they find it first they can sell me Ant Man).

Yeah, I'd totally do that too. Moon Knight just never appealed to me as a character.

Although if I get no takers, I'm sure I can use him as custom fodder.

The Ant Man figure is great. He would be amazing if his helmet had antennas

Really? I mean, sure, it's easily fixed if you have the first release, but that's just stupid if so!

Depends on the series- if you see him beat down some Serbian pimps with ties to cultists in Secret Avengers, you'll say "Daaaaaaamn!"

Or if you see him beat some muggers bloody on the Jumbotron in Times Square- flaunting his return to Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers, you'll become a fan.

But really, avoid that latest Bendis series- that was crap.

Imo Ant-Man is one of those characters that is awesome but nobody knows it because he doesn't get a lot of exposure. I was talking with some buddies a while ago about him and why he's so awesome and after they saw him on EMH they finally agreed. I can't wait for the Edgar Wright movie to get made. I love Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz.

Sad to say, but untill recently it's been crap- a couple of good issues, but mostly it's been pretty bad.
Check it out of your library if you can- or better still, do like me and read your roomate's copy each month for free!

yeah the quality of SA is pretty spotty, with the fear itself tie ins being arguably the worst.

I agree, it really wasn't until Avengers:EMH did I start to get really into the character. Now I'm buying a lot of Ant Man Avengers issues off eBay to get caught up with him. He quickly became one of my favorites.

.. I am not into all of these pretenders.. gimme Pym or gimme.. er.. death! (not really)

Pym rocks as Giant-man , Goliath, Yellowjacket , Ant_man, just plain ole Pym-with- jumpsuit-full-of --miniature-gadgets-and-weapons- that-he-could-re size-at-the-drop of-a-hat.

Pimp hand Pym.. well.. dont like him so much.

While I agree with most of Antman being Pym and only Pym, I'm kinda having Lang grow on me after one particular graphic novel. See my daughter is EVERYTHING to me and I fought tooth and nail to have what time I do with her{every other week as part of joint custody} so when I read Lang's storyline of trying to get custody of his daughter while fighting the stigma of being an "Avenger" it really touched me. I mean here he was trying to save people and yet it was being held against him when it comes to whether or not he's a competent parent. So while I do really like Pym, I think when I can find this pack and I do so want it, at least in my universe Pym will be Yellowjacket and the Antman is reserved not for O'Grady but Lang.

That makes a lot of sense. And Lang is a great successor and the only other Ant-Man for me.
