i just opened up a case of figures I had bought, and find that most of them did not have the plastic cover properly glued on the card- so they flop out.

Only the bottom side seems to be attached. Is there an approved way to glue these shut without ruining most of the value?

Write to one of the action figure grading companies and what would make an acceptable substitute if you want them reseated but not wreck the value. There may not be an acceptable re-glue option though. I couldn't guess when it comes to value, best to ask people that deal with it professionally everyday.

I'm kind of a big MOC guy, and I'd have to say they're officially opened. I know it sucks, but I'd contact the seller or manufacturer and request replacements. What kind of figures are they? some people have different definitions of "mint" but as a fairly serious collector I'd have to say that if I got a re-glued package I'd be a bit pissed. that said if it's an older figure (secret wars, Mego, Star Wars) and the card art isn't wrecked by the situation it might still hold some value, but I wouldn't repair it myself! Like UKMU said contact the pros most likely they'll refer you to some professional restoration guys.

Yeah, that's what I kind of figured. They are Biff Bang Pow's Dr. Girlfriend. SO that kind of sucks for me I guess.

As I actually did get it from a distributor, I've gone back to bug them, and used your responses as proof collectors will not buy resealed figs. So thanks.
