This is more than mildly entertaining…Alright, this thread has successfully appealed to some of the more puerile aspects of my nature…

I find that assuming a spread eagle stance, gently shifting one’s body weight from one side to the other, making certain to bend at the corresponding knee, does quite nicely to loosen up the loins…

Remember: stretching is the first and most important tenet when engaging in any physical activity.
