Yeah they basically looked the same, but just bigger. I think it looks better then this one, it's not perfect, but I like it better

Something I noticed in te 3.75" Armored Avenger line- with at least the Concept hammer Drone, there was no base (not that it needs one, but still).

Anyone know of a good site that lists all the IM 3.75" toys by wave? Preferably one that lists the individual numbers too.

Part of that is Toys R Us being jerkasses though- they want just as much for thte large Green Lantern and DC CLassics figures- and for all those Movie Maniacs and McFarlane toys that gather dust at my local store.

I was joking with the TrUs cashier (when I bought a dusty IM Animated Dynamo on clearanace) that they should just cut any item covered with dust to 50% off.

I dont know about your local stores, but mine still has a big rack of Terminator 3 stuff they'll never move as well as two pegs of nothing but GI Joe Shipwreck figures.

I know a comic shop in NYC that sells them for $17.99, if HTS doesn't restock soon, I'm just gonna call them up and wait for them to get Dynamo and War Machine, and get my girlfriend to pick them up for me since she's in the area anyway. I can't get over TRU jacking the prices up like that. It's really disappointing because it takes me 5 minutes to get there from my house. It's just really convenient.

Ugh, TRU is a joke, though. They'll have things that have been on the shelf for 2 plus years with no plans to put on clearance. Although their $80 Rorschach figs had been cut to $50, so that's pretty big.

I've picked up all of the 13 inch Watchmen guys (Rorschach, Comedian, Dr. Manhattan) for about $20 each online when the movie dropped, so that TRU price still sucks.

just got a subterranean armor figure from the armored avengers line on ebay and even though its a repaint with the deep dive concept it really looks great with the new color scheme and the addition of that saw blade pack works perfectly. Id say if anyone's considering to get one eventually when they reach stores pick on up its worth it.

Scored a Crimson Dynamo.. Real nice looking figure. One thing I noticed about these guys is that (maybe it's just a coincidence, but both my T-Man and CD are like this) the ball joints in the legs are EXTREMELY tight. I still can't even get T-Man's to move.. I tried a blow dryer that didn't work. Dynamo isn't nearly as bad, but still I was terrified of breaking him when I took him out of the package.
