Saw all the new 3 3/4" Cinema of Fear figures (Jason, Leatherface & Freddy) at TRU today. Jason comes with a Machette and Axe (The toyfair one I have only had a Machette) I didn't take a close look at Leatherface as I don't much care for him. Freddy has a very simplistic looking face sculpt, the figure looked pretty passable to me, more so with the inflated price of $9.99!

Sad part is there were a few 3 3/4" Hellboy figures (All Tink, but still superior sculpts compared to Freddy) sitting there for only $7.99

Are these sold seperately? I thought they only came in a 3 pack. What kind of articulation do they have? Would they fit in well with MU and GI Joe? I'm interested in Freddy and Jason, not so much Leatherface.

yes, sold seperately, no box set.

Articulation at the Shoulders, Elbows, Wrists, Waist, Hips, Knees and Ankles. The head has a ball joint. (the joint is at the bottom of the neck instead of at the bottom of the head)

Here's a pic of Jason terrorizing Joes on the Flagg

Here he is attacking Duke

These are awesome. I just picked them up myself. I have been waiting for them to come out for months now.

I'm really happy that TRU is carrying these. I remember when McFarlane was making Movie Maniacs they would carry those. But then they stopped carrying horror-related merchandise for a while. I'm glad that they are picking them up again. I wish they would carry more of NECA's horror stuff.

Can't wait to see what TRU will offer with their pre-order service that is starting soon.
