So we know were at least getting Raven, right? Who else do you guys think we will see?

I see it like this.

Raven.
Martian Manhunter.. please for the love of mike!
Elasti-Girl unless she's the exclusive then it will be Plastic man
A lantern of some sort.
a batman Villain
A Super powers character maybe the Samurai dude or Super chief.
Maybe Platinum?? or Mercury?
and a Lead Metal men C&C

Now alternately for SDCC we could see a lot of stuff.

Lead with a con only Tin.. which would ..whoo boy make me mad.
Elasti-Girl with a con only Chief... again rivers of Blood.
Plastic man with a con only piece , or a con only Woozy Winks , which would suit me right down to the bone.

Thoughts? Rumors? Knock knock jokes?

Knock Knock

Who's there?

Not Martian Manhunter

Why do we only get Martian Manhunter as an afterthought? I love him, my friends love him, and my kids love him. (My wife, has honestly never said one way or the other.) Did he spend too much times on the pegs in the Justice League line?

I read that the Toy Guru says Martian Manhunter making his way into a future wave is just a matter of time. I also heard Plastic Man will be a Comic Con exclusive this year now whether or not that holds water who knows.

i think im going to have to start picking just figures out of waves after darkseid, none of the CNCs seem to interest me nor do ALL of the characters of each line at the moment, but Martian is a definate must, i think the entire internet has yelled that. I also second the batman enemies, need more of them.i would like an Eradicator/Steel 2 pack myself

There is something that puzzles me, when are they going to reissue wave 5 figures? The already plan on reissuing Powergirl and the Joker from wave 10 and wave 5 did have a lot of A - Listers. Does not make sense at all. I had no problem finding wave 5 in my area but wave 10 was a pain. Luckily, one of fellow ToyArkers helped me out and found wave 10 in hos area.

Well at least give everybody a chance to get The Riddler, Black Lightning, and The Atom. I have high hopes for Martian Manhunter because if you look at the backer card for wave 12 all of those characters with the exception of Vixen and Martain Manhunter have been produced as DCUC figures. I really think it is a matter of time. Anybody checked out their local TRU lately? They got this exclusive Batman in the wave 12 packaging with the all black bat symbol on his chest, no yellow oval. My local TRU had a 4' section of just that figure.

An interesting story about Gentleman Ghost a fellow ToyArker in WV told me that the manager of his local WM special ordered a case of wave 8 for that store and wound up getting 4 Gentleman Ghost figures in the same case. At the time, we were not trading as that is something built on confidence but I really wish we were, because by the time we did our first trade they were gone.

The rumor over at Matty is
Martian Manhunter, Jemm, Starman, Mento, Golden Pharaoh, Raven and either Batman Superman composite or Batman in Sinestro Corps. I doubt we will see OMAC. sadly

I have been hearing the same rumor. Actually on other toy collector website there is a post with a listing of those figures in the WM computer sysytem. I guess we still have to wait for Poison Ivy, Vixen, and Plastic Man.

Jemm???? Are you kidding? most people have never heard of this character and of those of us that have.... well I really don't need it as a figure and especially not now when other great, desired and dare I say needed figures are clamored for.

OMAC might be decent if it is a BAF. I agree with Ghost Story about Jemm. Why such an obscure character, if the speculation is true, be considered for production is ridiculous. What is next Wild Dog gets a figure?

I am grateful that toy guru is a fanboy, as I am I, but in all my years of collecting, discussing, reading, I have never had anyone say, write, even alleged that Jemm was a character they liked, respected, hated etc...

Next we will need a figure of the guy that was Batman was carrying/choking on the cover of Detective comics 27 (come to think of it I would rather have him than Jemm)

the original model when it was 5 figures was supposedly , hero and one of their main villains.2 second stringers and a fan favorite.
wave one
Batman /penguin
Orion/red tornado
Etrigan

Wave 2
Aquaman/manta
firestorm/ b&r supes.
Harlequin

Wave 3
Hal/ Sinestro
Robin/ Deathstroke
nightwing
and so on and so on.
but the 7 to a wave. is just a terrible assortment number, its there to allow Mattel to push older product out with new stuff and usually what the call all stars which we call peg warmers.

7 figs in a wave is terrible in my humble, it means they break up the wave, so it becomes more difficult to find the whole wave and build the C&C and it means we get unwanted figures clogging the pegs at retail
they say these "allstars" are for the kiddies and mothers who will recognize the character and buy said fig for Junior. I call shenanigans, no mother on earth is buying a 15 dollar figure for the kid, heck if I was a kid I would buy 3 joes for what one DCUC fig costs! ata least at that price range I could Army Build.

and when we finally complain or ask them why we cant find any figures (usually because the retailer is choking on unwanted old stock) we get the answer of , oh well it is a collectors line.... Ugh.

I second your opinion, having 7 figures to a wave does make it more difficult to be a completist with this line and pretty rough on the cash flow as well. It was a lot easier to find and purchase entire waves when there were only 5 figures, and for me that included wave # 5, the only time I ever found a whole wave, since they introduced the 7 figures to a wave, sitting there on the pegs at once was wave #6.

I prefer the 5 figures assortments just cause it was either to complete a build a figure.

it was easier because they all came in the same case assortment.

Agaun and I cannot say this enough this is Mattel's marketing ploy to have continuing collector interest.

Isn't that the same case that has the Reverse Spit Curl Superman and the Really Red Tornado?
