I have to just say this to the Toyark folks here at the board. Love Hasbro or hate them, the new MU Two Packs are just incredible.

I finally got around to opening my BBTS box and I had to order two sets, one to set up and one for customs later.

A quick recap:
1) Task Master: You may have wanted the Udon version and I can only hope that comes out next but my god is the Task Master incredible. This composite Avenger just looks astounding, Hawkeye body and all. Admitted the neck is too long for the head but I cut the neck ball off and glued the head down and that is much better. And I don't know who got locked in the box at the factory, but the paint apps are getting rather perfect. I'd give this bad boy a 9/10 easily.

2) Deadpool: They added web gear that is out of this world and revitalized the whole figure. I realize and have accepted long ago that two packs might be a repaint or reuse of an existing mold and I can live with it. Anyway, the web gear really makes the figure. The only bleh I find is the coloring of the red is almost neon but it still rocks.

3) Silver Samurai: Holy cr@ptastic! This bad boy rocks. I am more shocked he didn't get released in a single pack but with a new mold I bet he will eventually. Again, flawless paint apps. Hasbro really stepped up their game.

4) Wolverine: I realize folks don't necessarily want or need a new Wolverine but this one is the bomb. If you only buy one Wolverine figure this year, this is the one. It rocks out and is screaming for a custom with a masked Wolverine head.

Anyhoo, love it or hate I have an Atta boy to my homies at Hasbro for making this Fanboy a happy soul today.

Ahh snap. I stopped drooling over the Task Master and Silver Samurai for a sec and took a closer look at the Wolverine from the new two packs. I'm very happy they used another re-tooling of Wolvie's best sculpt. I can't wait to find these things.

Silver Samurai rolls but the left thigh was stuck at the swivel and broke off. Luckily I fixed it.

Deadpool set is a hot seller, have not seen it at all. Seen a decent number of the Silver Samurai sets.

Bought the Deadpool pack a couple months back when I was lucky enough to happen upon it. Haven't seen it since. Have to agree, awesome pack.

I wouldnt say amazing at all. The Taskmaster is a really good figure and the Deadpool is solid but very similar to the XMO Deadpool. Kinda the same case with the Silver Samurai and the Patch figure being not so great.

Ill give props to Hasbro when they give me 2 great figures in the 2 packs so that im not paying close to 20 bucks for only one figure that I really want.

Doom/Absorbing Man was cool.
Hawkeye/Piledriver, too.
Thor/Enchantress
Cap/Klaw

Lots of the best MUs tuff has come from the two packs imo.
