somebody mentioned it here before and I didn't think to look before now but under heroes it shows how much the alternate costumes cost
Marvel: Avengers Alliance Wiki - Guides, Items, Characters, and more
and Hulk and Spidey look like they top the secondary outfit count at 63

yeah, I upgraded him as well. Now I have about 67 CP left. No need to buy any other characters ATM anyway so I'll just keep 5 starring and stocking up

no idea but one of my allies is at 163
PVP expansion goes go up level IV at 150.

I see. Damn.

So like, when's the best time to buy a trenchcoat?? I'm at lvl 68 and I see one coat that's like 24 gold. I'd hate to save up the gold, get it, then when I reach a higher level, oh maw gawd look, another mightier coat appears.

I went with the 100k coats over the ones that cost gold. They do require research (I think up to level 4) but you can get one that has 6 ISO slots rather than using gold. The more expensive ones have 6-8 slots. All of mine just have 6 and I'm good with that

Happens to me a decent bit, too. I think I've lost about 50 iso thanks to that. And the meltdown move on the blasters in mission three kept wiping me before. But using Scarlet at just level two has made all the battles much easier. I'm tapped on gold too. lol But, actually, the only boss that has given me any issues was Omega.

I wonder why that is though. I experience one like about two or three times every four months, yet when I play on my bud's laptop, happens like every day.
