Checking around some more and there may be a little more info for this method. Apparently some people get crazy consistently good drop.

At the start of Mission 4.4 make sure the following threats are available:
1) The High Threat must be on the small building right on the middle and the enemies have to be 5 different classes (If you get 2 Blasters on the small building is acceptable to proceed too).
2) The Medium Threat can be anywhere but must contain 2 Blaster, 1 infiltrator and 2 Scrappers.
gonna try and get one of these setup now.

edit: don't see much of a difference

BTW Magneto doesn't stand a chance against Gambit with Double Strike

About to 5 Star 8.6. I want the destroyer stone but ave done well on cps. I just hit Mechanical Mjonir only once out of a dozen or so tries I have run through it. I am just glad counter strikes are gone. Once I have finshed this only 4 more missions to 5 star. going to have to run mission 1.1 over and over.

also one you 5 star it it's only going to get more and more difficult.

4.4 Trick results:
1st try-10cp on epic boss
2nd try-3cp on double boss
3rd try-3cp on epic boss
4th try-3cp on double boss
5th try-3cp on double boss
6th try-no cp, but MFG on epic boss (already had one though)
7th try- 5cp double boss, 5cp epic boss

Is it me or are the drops still crappy with the ISO 8 being gone, even PVP isn't dropping much.

The drops for me are doing pretty good.

Are you all looking forward to Season 2 and Spec Ops 3? I hope Magik is pretty decent, at least for a while.

Ok I'm done updating for now but over 14 rounds I gained 43CP. I really didn't see a pattern and is still probably just random. Never got a 10CP drop. So 9 of the 14 times I did get at least one CP and overall averaging 3CP per round through the Epic Boss. Not bad I guess

Yup. I've been doing nothing but replaying 4.4 over and over for cp and leveling Gambit. 5-starred everything, and have every character between 10 and 12. Need a new chapter to open and another character to xp would be great as well.

Would get Thor. Besides being a damn good blaster/bruiser in his own right, he also unlocks the 8.6 premium.

Yeah that's what I've been doing getting Heroes that unlock the premiums just so it gives me more exp pts to level up my agent. Hit 100 this morning.

Well, I got the majority of them from using the now defunct Leethax previewer. How I miss it. But latley I have been using the 4.4 trick mentioned in an earlier comment. Been getting CP's every time. In a perfect world I was trying to save up enough to buy the remaining heroes I need all at once before any new ones were released, but Rogue and Gambit are my two favorite heroes so they were must haves.

I think it is just the game itself. At least if played on Firefox. Keeps happening to me except when I play on chrome then it works fine.

this is about where I'm at. I still need to unlock Wolvie and Thor for the premium missions but all others are 5 starred. Only have about 72 CP right now after gambit and Rogue

and yeah, leethax is pretty much down right now except for AFD. You'll have to use chrome or disable the FF extension.

sucks to. i have been playing the same mission OVER AND OVER. trying to get 1 damn star. for some reason (don't ask me why) i thought it would be neat to make the multiply be like -5. well that was fucking cool because i now have a score of -3million LMAO. so no score multiplier means i have to replay the mission and get back to a positive score. fuck me for being curious right? lol

There is no extension for Chrome. They say it uses something different than firefox. I'm just saying I use Chrome to play the game normally
