Anyone got good tactics vs the U-foes in the Human Torch premium stage(7:6)?

They're mopping the floor with my group, no matter who is in it....HT is lvl 9....and the radiation effect is through the roof in that stage. And nothing can heal it other than paneca injection or something with a similar effect(cures all debuffs)....

Any ideas?

Yeah that one's a tough one, trying to 5 star it right, I just use Scarlet Witch with hexing ability, even still barely gets through.

Do you have Hulk or Mocking Bird? I used them both and crushed my enemies. Also Scarlet Witch was a big help. You mileage might vary mine are lvl 11 and 12. I did use lower lvl heroes and found Gambit or Rogue worked well against the bosses. I can't prove it but I think there are some kind of synergy when you use them together. For the last battle use Black Panther or Emma.

For Iron Clad a great Blaster would work but I used Hulk just to mangle the fuck out of him with either Johnny if he need the points or Wanda if he didn't. Use debuff bombs on him. Highlight him to see what he isn't resitant too and hit him. You should be able to fire him up but not bleed him.

Vapor was tough for me, I always lost someone until I stared using Rogue or Mockingbird. Find your best scrapper and beat on her. I like Spider Woman with her bio blast even though Vapor is immune to poison because it deals nice damage. Wolverine is good for bleed but you might want to think Daredevil if you have your lvl 6 attack. Use radar sense and then lvl 1 hit. Next round use billy club and you power it up every rouind after. Makes it a short battle.

For the last boss battle:If your Panther is lvl 6 spend one round using your lvl 1 and then lvl 2 attacks. Then on the next round use your lvl 2 and lvl 6 power. It will double your hits for three rounds and gives you a hit back if he is hit which is nice. Johnny can be nicew but I have a rook which I use on the first x ray and then summon on Vector (or vice versa I beat it last week). Johnny can heal if you have something powerful if not use debuff bombs of some sort. I think the first boss can be stunned so use a stunner or two on him for a free beat down.

Or if you are bored just crush it all with Hulk, well not the last battle, but everything else.

I take it you're fighting them individually? I've been fighting them all, and tonight has been a B...three times so far and lost. Never had that problem. Sucks that my HT isn't powerful enough still and I can't switch him out. Should have just done individually but now I've spent 30 energy points ugh:P

Thanks for the advice, i meant the last battle, the bots are a joke against a cap/blaster config(same advice someone from this thread gave me for iron man's premium, same enemies, even easier w/o meltfunction...). Still, that last fight? up until 3 stars i just picked my scrapper king hulk and mopped them all.Now?radiation gets so high i can't move. it gets packed to 10 or 12, and then you just die in 2 turns. Maybe i should try Black panther and hope Vapor won't punish me for it...if only i could switch HT...

Very tough, I noticed that as long as Vapor doesn't attack first right away turning into that gas explosion than a better chance of winning, just wear her down.

Vapor is no longer a problem. The radiation i get attached with is the problem...there's just so many times they debuff me with it, i can't respond.

Tried to use Sif(scrapper with radiation immunity, and a great scrapper too) but Ironclad beats the s**t out of her. Last 2 times i won with 1 teammate only, and the score was effected greatly by it.

Maybe if i take care of Vapor and then fight the others together?That's what i'm trying next

There is an item to get rid of the radiation. I think it's called Gene Inoculation or something. Don't have the game up in front of me.

panacea injection will cure it one time and Gene innoculation removes and prevents all debuffs for 4 rounds (radiation will comes back after 4 rounds)

Yes i do them one at a time they give out more xps like that. I imagine fighting them all together would be brutal and I like having a high point total. Most of the time when I go against them they are down in the 2nd or 3rd round. If it gets to 4 then I have done something wrong. The golden weapon (I forget what it is called) is nice and cruises right through defense and shields so keep it up. What lvl are you?

Other than this premium lvl and the Iron man lvl, i always get the weapons for some reason. The roulette loves me

Though, i throw most of them to my pvp armory. They aren't that strong(except the possessed pistol, which is awsome) in lvl 93 they feel useless...

Oh and an update, i fought Vapor seperatly and murdered her(scrapper planet hulk.Nuff said). Then the other 3 got their asses kicked by Black panther( Vortex shield is vulnerable to anti metal claws, Vibranium crap).

Still want to take out all 4 at a time without losing teammates/ losing rounds.Emma you say?

If y'all have Gambit he can take out just about anybody if you use double strike on him. I use him against Magnet Epic and to 3 bird Vapor/Fixer/guy all the time

It doesn't matter. There are spec ops tasks for both sides. The decision isn't permanent. You can play either for each mission. Like you have to beat both Epic Bosses this time. Iron Man for choosing X-Men, and Phoenix for choosing Avengers.

certain drops are for certain sides. that's about it that i have read so far. i got more avengers than xmen though which sucks i have 80 gold and 103 cp right now

Yeah, certain drops. I forgot that. But to get Magik you'll pretty much have to play through both sides. Gotta play Avengers mission two to beat Magik and Colossus. And gotta play X-Men mission two to team up with Magik. So you'll get a shot at everything before it's over.

And you have to have Gambit, Rogue, and Nightcrawler to do the X-Men's Epic Boss. And then Black Panther to do the Avengers' Epic Boss.
