Havent tried the nail gun yet. Hopefully, its not too bad. I used BP for first time in a while and they made his Panther Stance a quick action. Anyone else notice this?

I rebuilt my Agent to protect and counter/shield nail gun style. Also iso'd his new Scrapper costume with nothing but health defense and attack. He protects now and replaces Cap. Takes lots of damage and returns tons and always shields himself. In addition to Blaster Thor with nothing but attack and defense for the survivability and instant explosion. Dr Strange for the heals and shields. This setup seems to be my best bet so far. If my agent goes first and Thor not until later, I Quantum Jumper to let him go right away. If agent goes first and Thor soon after, I use dark sigil to put weak point on everyone so his Summon Thunder guarantees a crit.. it's DUMB how much damage that does. Sometimes it kills 2 and leaves 1 at under 10%. Haven't gotten a clean 100-0 triple kill yet, but close!

I noticed a lot of agents using some item that allowed them to protect against single target attacks. It didn't work out too well for them, but I thought it was interesting at least. I couldn't quite tell what strategy they were going for. Must be something they can do when attacking, but the AI was too dumb to do.

The nail gun is perfect for that setup though. What weapons are you using?

I'm using the nail guns. it does have it use. Panther stance was changed either the 2nd to last time revisions were made or the time before that (with storm/strange or Black widow?) I'd have to check the patch notes

Congrats all I got exactly what I wanted, the silver. I hate playing the PvP because ti screws with my game. The wusses at Playdom spend their time crying about getting beaten that when they lose they cry nerf and the devs listen. Their forums are a joke. I go when I am bored.

hmmm Id only need to get beast and Kitty. But it is really hard deciding if I want to put off Captain America and Thor AGAIN! ....really don't wanna start spending cash on this gae but I may have too :/. Just seems getting Kitty and Beast is more cost effective then wasting 25 gold on the last mission

You still have over 3 weeks. Why not decide when there is like a day or 2 left?

Yup it's def better just to get the heroes, you may need them down the road for another special ops.

Deadpool shows as 135 CP for me currently. I'm not getting him, even though I easily could with the 300+ gold and 30 cp I already have. If I did, it would only be for his name, not because he is any good, plus.... fuck PD. They've turn this game to nothing but a cash cow and trying to milk the playerbase like crazy. I don't mind a little milking, I mean they are a business and all, but companies tend to have less obvious ways of doing it.

Things like this are why I'm glad to have only spend $1 on this game.

I got both Tigra and Deadpool for 90 CP each. It is really strange that he is showing up at different prices for different people.

Variable pricing is the worst idea that any company has ever come up with, especially if it's unannounced. PD used to do this and, thankfully, stopped. I'm sure it was quite unpopular and the bitching was massive. Now, all the sudden they go back to it and with freakin Deadpool of all characters? This is going to be a shitstorm.

Now they're in quite a dilemma because I'm sure hundreds/thousands of people have already purchased him today for 135 or the 112 being reported, so they can't just uniformly drop his price down to 90 without compensating all those initial buyers. At the same time, sticking to their guns with the variable pricing is the worst idea ever. I honestly can't believe they've put themselves in this shituation. Well maybe I can believe it.

Im normally not the biggest complainer in the world but come on! 90 for some and 135 for others? That is not a freakin small amount! For 45 CP I coulda got kitty who I need plus a little more. I mean do they even say what the criteria is to get him for 90? Yeah I paid the 135 already because I have been a Deadpool fan since his 97 solo run but still!

Yes they can drop price points. they have done so in the past when the first wave of 90 heroes were 130. It is a trick, if he costs more that 90 cps don't buy him as they will most likely lower the price as they have done before and no they will not refund you anything.

Yes I was around for that. The difference there is that they weren't priced differently from user to user. If my memory is correct, only weapons were variable priced.

I agree that they are tricking people into impulse buying him. Do people really support a company like that?

Yeah, I don't get that. Some people reported 90cp for Deadpool, and others 135cp. The fiance bought him at 135cp, yet it cost me 112cp, w-wha-?
