When you 5 star a mission can you no longer farm it? I am repeatedly doing Viper over and over with leethax to get 3 or 5 cp every time. Will I not be able to do that eventually?

The drops should still be there and you should still be able to get CP's after you 5 star the missions.

I've got the Rook, obviously from the Spec Ops, and should have the Bishop tomorrow. I never got the Knight (but probably would have passed at 64 gold) and the Pawn is coming out soon for the same. The set together would be awesome but I won't be able to get it.

Ditto, probably get it if I am able too, othe than that eh, not one to spend real cash on online games any more....done it once and realize it's kind of a waste for me IMO:P

What's the furthest chapter that you're on? I'm on chapter 8 mission 3 currently.

I also dropped some cash on an iPad game but that's about it. Don't really want to for this one. Especially since it will cost about $10 for that one weapon. I've got 146 stars right now in the regular missions. I've beaten all of them except for the premium mission that needs the characters I mentioned above that I don't have. Only completely 5 starred Chapters 2 and 5, working on 6. Also can do chapter 3. 8-4 and 8-5 have been 5 starred also. On Spec Ops I've got 3 stars on mission 2 and 4 on 1 and 3. Those will be 5 starred next round I play them. Sitting on 169 CP right now.

Dang that's a lot of CP's, I'm just sitting on 90 right now, going to bank it up until Magik comes, wanted to get Rogue but since she'll be around I can wait.

Not planning on getting the chess set. Wont it take up all 4 weapon slots to equip the set?

yep there are 4 and they all work together. Defense (counter attacks/shield/protect) and offense. And also replenishes stamina

I'm debating whether to buy some new characters or not. Just for something new. I'm sure as soon as I buy on the new ones will be available Probably not so soon but I do wonder when...Also don't know if they will just be released a few at a time or all together.

i'm at 110 CP right now. was gonna get the hulk so i can finish off the first chapter totally, but i think i will just continue to 5 star all the missions. so IF someone comes out that's new i can have enough CP to get them

So if you refresh the viper or whiplash mission over and over with leethax until it's a 5 cp drop (had 2 now this morning and only been here an hour!) you should be able to farm cp like crazy no? Just save energy and only use gifts to take energy and you could get 30-50 cp a day (assuming you have all day at a computer like me at work) no?

yeah you should be able to. on any mission. Not sure why you are playing the viper and whiplash mission specifically but are they ones that are like on 30 energy to clear or something? But yeah, I'm only playing bosses that I find 3 or 5 CP dropping.

This is generally going to be the fastest way. I'm semi-looking for weapons so I'm refreshing until one pops, but if I see a 5-cp drop offered, I'll go get it. This firefox add-on is spectacular. Wish I'd known about it sooner >: )

Honestly I'd just get whatever heroes you want. Usually they announce new characters/costumes about a week ahead of time. That is when it's a good idea to start saving.

If I could do this at work I would ^ But alas my work computer can barely play the game itself...when I get desperate or bored I may go this route later.

Any weapons I should be super looking for? I dont know the drops enough to know what weapons are amazing.. but i am only level 29 I think? If there is one.. specific mission? Chapter? etc?

The SA Pincer is a good weapon to set up class abilities. It's a quick action, single target pistol. Doesn't exactly pack a big punch, but its purpose is really to work your class skills. The 5.4 boss drops it, and it's eventually available as a deploy reward.

Golden Screaming Eagle is always a powerhouse. It will be worth having and will always be respectable as your main damage dealer.

Some people have reported good results of playing on their smartphones. Might want to give that a try if you have one.

I do play on my Galaxy SII but you can't use the firefox extension obviously :/ BUT, I leave my computer on and log in to it from my phone when I'm on break (I work in a cleanroom so can't access my phone anyway) and navigate the firefox browser on my computer with it previewing the rewards. Then I can continue to play on the computer later.

That's the gun I have too, like it cause it gives an extra turn.
