If the hero is level 10, bronze border, 11 silver, 12 gold. You get huge bonuses to your stats for having heroes in these 3 categories. The increase in bonus is highest at gold.

Ugh, they nerfed Psylocke just like I said they would.. her Mental Coordination is only a 1 round buff now instead of 2. So you have to waste a turn every other turn now to apply it with her. Lame.

Sorry all about the Cable price info. Guess Travis got it wrong. Most of the time he has good info, told me the last two PvP heroes and prices for Deadpool and the girls. Oh well


Any good links these days? Trying to figure if I want to spend the cp's on Cable or not. Trying to win it on the daily but don't want to come anywhere near gold for him. Went down low after getting Tigra and my Deadpool for 112 cp's.

That Deadpool thing sucks as my oldest daughter and my extra accouint both had the price for 90 and neither picked him up. I was going to grab him for my extra but I figured he would stay that way and grabbed Black Panther. It's weird have a second that isd over 100 lvls behind you.

I've been using Deadpool a bunch and leveled him to 12 and I have to say that people were right - he is NOT worth 135 cp. Not by a longshot. The randomness of his dialog and odd random buffs/debuffs (if you can call them that since many of them do nothing) gets old real quick. He is also among the weakest scrappers with a slow-building skillset in order to get the most of his level 9. Slower even than Magik. You might say he is a slower and less damaging version of Magik.

Cable is a beast, and completely worth the 135.

I like Black Panther a lot, especially since Bleed Out is a thing now. Probably my favorite tactician.

I'm also having trouble defending. I might go back to old school and ditch the mace so that my agent is no longer a team defender. That would actually free up a couple pieces of defense gear and I can go all out on the attack.

I honestly have not started playing PvP yet this season. I find it was so stressful last season and not worth playing so early just to fight everyday to get back the points you lost overnight. I will wait another week or so before beginning. I ended up in adamantium league last two seasons so i know i can put in the effort at the end. Hopefully they release the new SO6 soon so that I can add another hero to collection before beginning pvp. I'm training Psylocke to level 11 currently and everyone else is already at level 12.

Yes he is, loving his second power set, really cool how they did that for him.

Im trying Emma inf and Phoenix P5 blaster. Its not too bad so far

Running Psyolocke and Tact P5 Emma. I don't lose a single attack ever until I get into the Top 0% and start playing the same names over and over with full armory of 64 gold items and every hero at level 12. Those are tough to beat..

Only won one out of 7 fights last night and dropped 84 points. Sucks that PD didn't bother to make any adjustments to the defense portion of pvp (not talking about AI changes, more like point deduction calculations). Then again I don't expect diddly squat from PD when it comes to improvements or generally making their customer base happy.

I'm running that now too since last night. The Phoenix fire is pretty powerful, I should have ran that last tournament and I think it did, although I guess I didn't stick with it long enough. So far ok though. She's only good to because she'll bring back whoever died and then you can blast everyone with her 4th move. Other then that eh:P

Is the PVP different from the FB side vs the PD side?

Another thing about DP is that he's supposed to heal as well as Wolvy but he sucks more at healing.

Haha I barely beat Wolverine Agent Lopez...but the AI played him stupid though.

I climb way up through the ranks all day while attacking at work. Top 1%, then Top 0%, then I keep going. All wins. I click my little profile face in the top corner and it tells you the actual number you are placed in the world. I got that number in the 50's! I WAS IN THE TOP 50 PLAYERS IN THE WORLD AT ONE POINT! But it doesn't mean jack shit. You go to sleep and wake up the next day like 1.9% and ranked like 5000th. Rinse and repeat.

That's why I wouldn't even grind so much right now, just stay in between and you'll be fine.

White costume Phoenix is turning out to be pretty damn good in pvp. It's a good feeling to know you have a revive buffer. Combined with quantum jumper to quickly ensure Phoenix can refresh the effect, she's become my teams backline member, replacing Emma.

Only thing that sucks is playing against another Phoenix because there is a glitch right now reminiscent of Dr. Strange where if either hero's buff is used, it counts for both characters.

I was wondering about that...still on the fence though with her cause I have her P5 blaster costume on, and should have gotten the tactician instead...getting attacked twice every time by the tact is getting on my nerves. Especially if you can't get the Phoenix fire off when you keep getting hit twice.

Yea no way I'm running blasters in pvp. If I had to absolutely pick one, it would be Torch. He has fairly damaging passives that kick in on offense as well as defense, plus fire/burn is so common right now that his level 2 attack is quite damaging all around. Flame on healing is awesome too.

P5 Phoenix is decent but I don't have accuracy problems (plenty of scrappers for bonus accuracy) so that ability is kind of wasted.

Hey who do you think or what do you think is coming soon that they are dropping the gold sale on us? I hope it is SO 6 not a rerelease of Magik, that would just piss me off. For their last twp "special" sales I got nothing. I guess it is a way to punish us that started from the word go.
