This show is freakin awesome. My fav scene now is when Hawkeye is seeking Bruce Banner and not the Hulk. He then tells the Hulk he will take him down and the Hulk just howls.

I loved the epic face-off between The Avengers and Graviton. Truly awesome fight especially when Hulk got involved.

It was great seeing the Mark I face off against Ultron. And also when Ultron was studying all the Avengers moves/powers.

I love the new Ultimate Cap design, but I'm curious what made them decide to go with the energy shield. I do like it, just seems like they would stick with the traditional shield, seeing how they are trying to stick close to what the movies may do.

I was wondering what the wrist thingy was. That does seem like a bit of a switch but maybe it will be a temporary thing.

Bet it has something to do with the way Ultron was scanning the shield.

It would be really neat if they would use the show to drop us some Easter Eggs for the Avengers Movie.

Could be. I figured he was scanning it for any weaknesses. Maybe Ultron trashes Cap's shield so Iron Man whips up the energy wrist doohickey.

That, or one of the Skrulls could have it if they replace Cap.

Er...Cap's shield is destroyed by magic in in an upcoming epsode (though you can easily watch it on youtube- it's freakin awesome!).
I figure Ultron was scanning cap's shield so his next body will be made from adamantium, like it is in the comics.

If the new energy shield matchs the comics version, it can be "thrown" and even expand to a sphere. It's a derivitave of Tony's post-Armor wars Iron Man energy shield.

Today's episode was way awesome. I loved seeing all the old Iron Man armors in action. And nothing is more classic than watching the Avengers duke it out with Ultron. Great episode.

My only complaint is the animation. It appears they are trying to catch the appeal of the children.(and I suppose I'm dumb for mentioning that but....anyways)
I wish they would create a MARVEL Anime: The Avengers.
Or better yet, just give me a more serious looking animation. Something along the lines of what DC uses with their animated movies.

Don't get me wrong,... I have every last one of them little bast***s on my DVR but, I just want different animation. I'll take it as is though.

BTW, seeing as to how next season is gonna be touching on the Cosmic aspect of the MARVEL Universe (Kree vs Skrull War) I seriously believe this is a hint of whats to come for The Avengers live action movie next summer.
Just my 2cents.

So I just finally watched the first season. WOW! It's amazing! I cannot wait for season 2!

I got some of my friends to watch it, and my girlfriend even watched the whole series in a day.

Also saw the first season (although months back now). Fantastic show. Favourite episodes are the Captain America flashback episode, the Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel episode and the episode where the Masters of Evil invaded the Avengers base.

I think I'd have to say mine was the last episode of the season, "A Day Unlike Any Other." The scene before the credits with Iron Man forging the armor with the dwarf was just great. It really reminded me of the first movie. I also thought that they should look at that episode for how a fight between Loki and the Avengers should look for the Avengers movie. It was really well done I thought

I didn't like it at first. Maybe because I just caught one episode in the middle. But when It got put on netflix watched the whole season 1 and now I can't wait for season 2 and to see if they tie in the new Spider-Man series with EMH

Same I started watching at the episode "459"
(Wasp and the Avengers meet Captain Marvel and team up with him to stop a Kree Sentry from destroying the planet. Afterward, Mar-Vell decides to return to Kree space to delay an invasion of Earth while Carol Danvers discovers she has gained super powers.)

I loved it since the beginning. The themesong, the new age off the top pseudo-anime style animation, the involved well thought out storylines. What more could you possibly want?
