I talked to the toy dept manager at Walmart this morning. He showed me 6 pages of those yellow price stickers that go on the end of each peg. They are all for the 5-28 "modular reset" ( as he called it ) .
On one page , I saw the stickers for the Marvel 6" figures.
I asked about those and he said that even if GiJoe is one of the only toys they are supposed to hold back because of the date on the box, the other new toys might stay in the back until then as well.
He seemed sincere about wanting to bring out the things I was looking for but said it was buried and it would be better for me to come back on Sunday night. My store may be one of the few that works this way because of their limited space.

Some are similar.

It would seem that every Walmart with a big enough toy section will get one case each of the 6" avengers toys. When they actually receive them and then decide to put them out will be purely on a case by case basis, partially influenced by the Company-wide new mod mandated for the 28th.

Posting for size reference for the new Hulk. I saw somewhere someone asked for a 3.75 so I added Yellowjacket to the pic. Also pictured is Red Hulk BAF and Target exclusive Hulk.

Yeah I got him for a little less than $15 shipped I believe and I didn't have any other green Hulk at the time so he served his purpose. Definitely looks like poo standing next to those 2 guys though

Doubt Hasbro will release the GI Joe Movie figures, at least this year. Paramount pushed the movie back to 2013

He was talking about not releasing the Avengers figs until the GI Joe ones were out. That's why I quoted the movie being pushed back and perhaps the figs cancelled lol

After a week of hitting Wal-mart after leaving work and checking the pallets every night I finally hit paydirt. Sitting on top of the pallet loaded with Spiderman cases was a single case of Avengers 6 inch figs just begging me to buy them.

So I did.

Then a buddy of mine arrived just minutes after me and once he picked up the GiJoe figs he had stashed we hit another Wal-mart and found another case of Avengers. Now we both have our sets and there are single Iron Man and Captain America figures up for grabs in both stores (Scotia Glenville and Clifton Park).

So happy!

This line seriously needs a movie Widow in it. I'm using my TRU 2 pack version as a stand in but she looks out of place with the other figs.
