Until Hasbro understands the supply and demand aspect, only one per case. The pegs around here are steadily holding on to iron man, cap and usually about one thor. Saw a loki the other day but no Hawkeye or Hulk. Still need to build my 3.75 set with 6' Hulk. Think that is the way for me. It is such a cool figure. Don't be afraid to open the boxes though, just make sure to put what you don't take on the right pegs and fold up the box and throw it away if possible. As long as you don't make a mess they should be fine with it.

haha yeah, i saw it but i really wasn't sure. the palette was filled with boxes and the entire thing was surrounded with a layer or 2 of plastic. essentially i would've had to ask the dude but i'd hate to have asked only to be wrong. the woman i spoke to today was confused as to why i didn't just ask. ah wells. if i don't get a hulk, that's ok since i'm more of a 3 3/4 collector. but dat hulk. me wants.

Yeah, ever since I saw someone post a pic with the 3.75 avengers and 6' Hulk I have been convinced that is the way to go. To me it fits in just fine. Other than that I am just waiting on the Widow Hook up from a fellow Arker and then my Hawkeye from Toys r us. They are still available online I think.

What is up with all you guys thinking the 6" Hulk with a 3.75" looks normal? Do you think Hulk is 20' tall? Makes no sense to me what-so-ever. Here's a pic I posted a while back for size reference.

Yellow Jacket coming up to Hulk's waist should only happen if he's shrunken. PERIOD.

I just don't recall a single comic book where Hulk was as tall a giant. I just don't get where this freakishly over-sized Hulk trend came from. I'm Ok with him being Select sized to Legends. We are talking an inch difference in scale. But when you pair him with a scale that's almost half in size??

i dunno, i figure people can display their collection however they want including scale inconsistencies. ang lee hulk was the size of a building in certain parts of the movie and i remember wanting the Icons hulk to go with my ML at one point. also a decent amount of artwork showing him at 2x normal human height.

LOL. I was gonna say the 8 inch Hulk thing but you said it in the last sentence
I get that Hulk is massive but I just think it's kind of ridiculous when the characters come up to his crotch :x

But then, Ang Lee Hulk doesn't exist. Or at least people are trying to forget that it ever happened.

Also, FrankCastle, I shot you a PM.

Yeah, I finally saw the Ang Lee version and am still feeling sick. The pic I saw had Hulk squatting down. I dunno, I just REALLY don't like the 3.75 movie Hulk. Maybe I need to get one and head swap with another.

I noticef that a lot of the Avengers guys have trouble with the range on one leg, usually the right for me. I attribute that to the new hip design. Run it under hot water and work it a bit. It should be good.

Regarding Cap, I seem to have problems standing him without his stand. Not all poses, but I think the slight curve on the soles of his boots hinder him slightly. Still, with that being said, Caps is currently my fave of them all (this week anyway).

I'm using my second for a cool (slightly) Avengers related custom.

This is exactly what I just came here to see about. My Cap's left leg will not move, and I did the hot water trick for almost 20 minutes last night.

Regarding the size of Hulk...
I figure if I assume a typical marvel character is anywhere between 5'5" to 6' for an average male, and the figures are 3.75", then someone like Hulk who is 7'-8' tall should be somewhere around 4"-5" max. Just my opinion. I do feel that the 3.75" Hulk is a bit too short even though I like the new sculpt. I think the WM version will be too tall to display with my MU.

So I've mostly steered clear of the avengers movie line. Picked up ult thor and ult hawkeye for kicks, and while I keep looking for widow and renner hawk, no dice.
My question for y'all is is the Avengers line worth it? Particularly Cap and Iron Man. Are the sculpts solid? Is there satisfactory articulation? Crazy, I know, but part of me wants a new iron man armor for the shelf, and if these figures are actually pretty nice, then I might bite. Which version of the figures do we like best (I know there are a couple at least of the big three)?
Thanks!

I sold my movie 3.75" Cap in a lot recently. It's not that I didn't like it; more because I have ten Caps and like a lot of the other versions more. His sculpt and detail are very good though. He has the exact same articulation as the Thor and Hawkeye you have, so if you're ok with those you'll be ok with him.

As far as IM,.. there's a "super articulated" Mark VII coming out, so I'd hold for that one.
