Doesn't say much, but the link below does.

MAJOR SPOILERS, DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The Skrull: The aliens are now being called The Redacted and are a new version of The Skrulls. Fox still own Skrulls, so Marvel have changed them enough to not get sued. They're multicolored and are shape shifters.

Thanos: Thanos is in the movie. There were rumors some months ago that Loki would do business with Thanos and they're true. Thanos is tricked by Loki in the movie. Basically, Loki has been collecting Infinity Gems and the Infinity Gauntlet, but tricks Thanos in to thinking that the Infinity Gauntlet is the most powerful. In return, Thanos gives him The Redacted.

The Leviathan: The Leviathan is an alien serpent given to Loki by Thanos as a part of the deal.

Red Skull: Red Skull is in the movie. Loki meets him on his travels. They split the 6 Infinity Gems between them. Loki takes the Mind, Reality and Power gems and Red Skull takes the Soul, Time and Space gems.

Loki joins the Avengers: The Redacted discover that Loki tricked their master, and betray him. Hence Loki seemingly being on The Avengers side in some set photos.

Does sound very...mushed together. Hope they don't rush this movie and turns out to be 2 1/2 - 3 hour movie and not 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 hours...

The leviathon thing sounds like that creature from the end of Hellboy 1. Why does Red Skull need to be in this? I was fine with just the skrulls, and now they add Thanos. Their throwing too many ingredients into the pot. Please dont ruin the avengers whedon.

Agreed it better be long, and not rushed. But most of the time the Marvel movies are just barely 2 hours if I remember correctly.

I think Thanos and Red Skull will be kinda minor. I feel it will still be Loki heavy/re-amped skrulls. For all we know Red Skull is just a cameo. Still all very awsome though.

Agreed. Will be interesting on how they do Thanos though. Hope they keep it like the comics.

If they can do Hulk and Abomination, I think they can nail Thanos. But then again theres Galactus.........

Skrulls/Redacted aliens being shapeshifters may help explain the preview segment where Thor is about to smash Cap. I had chalked it up to Loki magic at that point.

All joking aside, Tiberius; I don't see a link in your post.

What is your source, I'm just curious.

Thanos used to have avast interstellar armada of every kind of alien- the scum of a hundred species that would pillage and kill just sorta for laughs while Thanos used a few Infinity Gems (he did not know what they were back then) to blow up stars.

So these ailens could very well just "work for Thanos".

Also, Thanos had a massive "H" shaped command ship called Sanctuary II, which I hope gets shown onscreen...

I get the feeling that something with Red Skull would be like... the after-the-credits scene, setting up Thor 2 or something. That said, if this is true, this movie is going to be CHAOS.

I'm excited for the movie...

My guess is that Loki gets one of the infinity gems from Red Skull, whichever one he had in Capt. America.

I think the Skrulls are a done deal as I've seen enough spoilers to pretty much confirm their pressence.

Thabos would serve the purpose of bringing them into the picture if Tiberius's link is to be believed.
