They have made them look too similar to the frost giants if they are infact meant to be another race.

afterall, why would the frost giants fight for Loki when he tried to kill them all by overloading the bifrost... then again, maybe he is next in line as their ruler with laufey gone....

lets hope they are a version of the skrulls then! that would be savage and make more sense for a trilogy to do the secret invasion thing and then introduce captain mahr vehl in subsequent films!

The movie looks good, but I've always wondered why Thor can't just do everything himself. He's pretty much Superman with his Hammer.

You could almost say the same about Hulk. But I think the reason why they're all together is that there are too many people/machines/weapons to fight for just one person. There's just too much going on for one person to deal with it all.

What I'm actually more curious about is how Thor got back to earth without the Rainbow bridge and how SHIELD gets in touch with him. I can only assume through Jane Foster, but Portman I'm pretty sure is not in the movie.

I could see either Portman or Sir Hopkins in a brief cameo role to enable Thor's return. Odin could hook that up.

The film comes out on Friday 27th April here in the UK. We usually get the movies about a week before the US for some strange reason... but the figures are usually slower to hit our shores.

on another note... i dont know what im going to do for an avengers movie figure hulk now because looking at him in this trailer, he only looks about a head and shoulders taller than the other avengers. the movie one they have got coming out is shocking, but is the only movie figure in scale really.

the incredible hulk movie figures are cool but are way too big looking at him here

It may be for the best that you are not excited to see this in theaters as I am sure there will be long lines to get in . I think I will have to go on weekday afternoon to avoid the crowds.

Seriously though I just read a full list of the charecters that are under license to which studio and didn't see the skrulls listed.

Fox owns skrulls...... Marvel does not own skrull everyone...The word skrulls will not be heard or mention cause fox owns the movie rights to the skrulls. Yea it sucks... I want the skrulls in the movie myself but its not gonna happen.

Well, the aliens could be male Dire Wraiths- they were high tech shapeshifters- the females use magic and suck brains...and they're a offshoot of the Skrulls!
