Pretty sure it is the same figure as the 20$ Wallgreens version, just in the retro clamshell packaging. Same as the Crow VHS they put up. I have a hard time paying double the price for just a box change. But the whole VHS box thing does look nice.

They changed the colors too actually! The gray pants are now tan and the tan jacket is now brick red

You are right, I went back and looked and he is more the old movie poster colors with that red jacket and all. So he is at least different, but still not gonna drop the 40$ on him.
