Yes. The DBZ Figuarts line is pretty much made for the US market and are online exclusives in Japan.

Honestly, the only ones I plan to get are (besides the Gohan and Trunks I already have) are Goku, Vegeta, Freeza, Cell, Piccolo, and maybe Krillin. Outside of that, no other characters matter (well, maybe Bulma).
