No, I am actually not sure which one it came from, I think it was the 2 pack with Superman. The tie is not removable.

It isn't. DCD has not shown or given any indication that they will be doing an Arkham City Nightwing.

Weird, that is the Two Face buck with a Clark Kent head. I can tell because the tie is split down the middle for no reason.

I hope so. Because while I'm not a big batfan, there are still quite a few characters they need to make. (Although Poison Ivy in the subscription service, as opposed to Legacy worries me about that).

We still need Ventriloquist and Scarface, We still need an oversized Killer Croc (since we'll never get the BaF), Ra's, Talia. We still have two Batgirls left, as well as Tim's Red Robin. Riddler in the suit desparately needs reissuing. Twoface needs either a reissue or a new figure. A new Scarcrow I believe has been demanded repeatedly (Though I'm happy with my Sinestro Corps Scarecrow). And while it doesn't appeal to me, even I'll agree the more hardcore fans need a Dick & Damian Batman & Robin.

...I've barily ever read Batman... why the hell do I want so many figures from his family?
theres a red robin coming in the 2nd wave of dcu all stars

That's probably either Dick Grayson, or Jason Todd (Who has yet to recieve a figure from Mattel's DCUC type lines). Grayson was the origin of the mantle, in the Elseworld series Kingdom Come, and was brought back when Jason Todd "created" the persona in the mainstream continuity.

When he abandoned it, and Grayson gave the mantle of Robin to Damian, Tim Drake took it and made it his own (Instead of taking Nightwing).

Tim Drake is a much smaller and more lythe a figure than either Grayson or Todd.
So, it's not the same thing. Just like a Bruce Wayne Batman figure doesn't make a good standin for Dick Grayson Batman, neither can Grayson or Todd stand in for Drake.
We need a Tim Drake Red Robin.

There was a Red Robin announced, but no Red Hood.

Also, I am concerned for the status of the Red Robin release. The All-Stars have been announced in groups of 4, and though Red Robin was initially disclosed and photos were included with 52 Supes, 52 Supergirl, & 52 Flash, at Toy Fair Mattel mentioned that Steel would be re-issued with this wave.

It didn't help speculation when the three 52 figures were displayed and Red Robin was missing.

Do the math and maybe Red Robin has been delayed, or worse yet, cancelled. This is just speculation based on the 4-figures-per-wave idea, and I certainly hope we are going to get Red Robin in the DCAS line.

EDIT: The Red Robin shown previously used the large male figure buck instead of a smaller buck like those used for Sinestro or Kid Flash. I'm fine with the big buck since Tim has been depicted by different pencilers as either still a skinny teenager or in fewer instances as big as Batman. An example of each is attached.
