MM Hal Jordan on the other hand - just stuck him in a bag somewhere.... Why couldn't they just add another inch, I don't get the logic behind it. |

We've already got a CnC Bane. In fact, I'm finishing him by the end of this week actually.
So I don't think Mattel will see a reason to bust another one out - but I would like an updated Secret Six mask with the smaller "Mac Gargan/Venom" like eyes. Unless you're talking about a "The Dark Knight Rises" Bane.... Last edited by KshatriyaNZ666; 09-07-2011 at 02:43 PM.. |

Yeah, Sinestro does look stellar. I wanna display him with my other GLs so bad and honestly he looks fine with them, but when I compare him to my DCUC White Lantern Hal (my only DCUC Hal), it just makes me take him down. Same thing with my MM Batman Begins Bats, looks cool but the size difference irks me.
MM Hal Jordan on the other hand - just stuck him in a bag somewhere.... Why couldn't they just add another inch, I don't get the logic behind it. Although the Maskless Hal looks a lot better than the regular one. He has a really nice light green wash that *really* pops the details and nails the flowing light look in the movie CG. But mainly I see the Movie Masters strength in figures like Rot Lop Fan, G'hu, Isamot, and Gallus Zed. (And Naut Ki Loi looks so cool, and so different from his comic book counterpart they can stand side by side.)

I mainly collect the MMs to add the alien lanterns to my DCUC GLC display. I view Kilowog and Sinestro as nice bonuses. I wish I could say the same about Hal and Tomar Re (Tomar only because he can't stand).

Oh man I can't wait for the Dark Knight Rises action figures...by the way Doomtron, that's Chromeskull from Laid to Rest you have as your avatar right? That was a stellar movie...can't wait for the sequel.

I just know that for the film, the Venom is gaseous and it's fed to Bane through inhalation or absorption with that gas mask system he has equipped. So he's getting superhuman strength without the muscle jack-up then? |

Well, if Bane gets a venom boost, and *does* get bulkier, I honestly cannot see it being too extreme, like in the comics. So far everything has been fairly grounded, unlike the first four movies. So if he does get bulked up, it's still going to be in the realm of physical possibilities, and he's not very likely to "hulk out," like the comics Bane.

![]() @Crazy Jetty: Yeah, I wasn't expecting something of "Hulk-like" proportions, just that I was thinking they'd do some subtle CGI magic to enhance him in some way even if slightly. He does wear that trench coat though, makes me wonder if they gave him some new twist. |

In reference to the Bane "hulk out" comments, I think he'll be a big dude with a drug problem. Haven't you ever heard of people on certain drugs doing impossible things because they don't feel pain? That will probably play a crucial part in his character's portrayal.

So by the term "Hulk out," no. I don't think he will. I do think he will be exactly as you suggest, and I believe I implied as such earlier (It's kind of a key part of his character). But no dramatic comic-accurate physical transformation.

The current Arkham City figures are disappointing. Not a fan of 2Face, Batman has a great sculpt and weathering but man I hate how the knees and elbows are hindered a bit. Robin looks to have worse range of motion for his knees. Crossing fingers Harley and Joker aren't anywhere near as disappointing.
Trying to figure out how to free the stuck ab crunch on Catman. WTF.

So.... I have a loose Catman and Batgirl that need a good home. I had a K-Mart giftcard burning a hole in my pocket, so whoever contacts me first with a decent offer gets 'em.
