Well... this day and age, toys really can't exist without a major movie or TV show to support them. And even with such support, the toys usually don't go very far.
So, without a major Dragonlance movie, cartoon, or TV show, there's virtually zero percent chance Hasbro, Mattel, or anyone else will randomely start producing Dragonlance toys. Dungeons & Dragons has a slightly better chance that a specialty toy company somewhere might randomely make a few for direct market stores, if the game got a resergance in popularity (Meaning if a new edition became uber popular) I used to read Dragonlance. I loved The Dargonesti.
