Actually, all these Spideys have got red elbow joints...makes better design sense though, his outfit is red on the outside (as opposed to inside/less visible) of his arm.

Ya I never liked the texture and the silver highlights on the webbing of his costume, although it is quite a well made fig. But in general I'm not a fan of movie line figs...

I dont do movie lines at all.. something just seems "off" to me on the figures they try to adapt from the movies. Like the Warriors 3 from Thor.. IMO.. the figures are crap. Loved the Movie characters.. love the characters in the comics.. the figures.. no thanks. "shrug" If they made a comic accurate warriors 3 .. Id be all over it.

SHS Spidey hands down. Second for me is the Spider Man 3 Spidey from SDCC. Third is Cap Brit 2 Pack Spidey.

Yeah I forgot about that one. It's a pretty damn solid Spidey. I regret passing on it when I had the chance earlier this year.

My ideal Spidey would have the colors of Comic pack and the articulation and accessories of the SDCC version.

They're actually not that bad. sure the articulation isn't all there, but if you can find them at retail, pretty decent figures.. I got 1 of the warriors 3 off ebay for cheap.. the Chinese guy.. the headsculpt is awesome, IMO. Some of the Thor figures sucked, but Loki,Odin,Hemidall,Sif,Destroyer all sweet figures.

Wouldn't that depend on your deffinition of elbow joint?

On my comic pack Spidey, only the pin is molded in red plastic.

Captain Brittain is still awesome!

Are those double-joints on SDCC Spidey's elbows?

Another vote for the Cap Britain CP Spidey, although here at work I keep the Secret Wars version. I needed a Thunderball for the Wrecking Crew

Probably going to get the super posable, he's the only spiderman from his own line of toys that doesn't look like complete garbage. House of M looks great too though
I actually got the House of M Spider-Man paid a bit too much on Ebay for him, but he just looked cooler to me. I have every MU Spider-Man except the regular costume one:P Just picked up Iron-Spider over the weekend.

There should be a poll added to this thread with these choices.

SDCC Spiderman
Series 1 MU Spiderman
Marvel Legends Superhero Showdown Spiderman
Scarlett Spider
House of M Spiderman
Spiderman from Sentry 2 pack
Spiderman from Captain Britain 2 pack

I completely agree. There should be a poll with these options.

Can I make it a poll'd thread? I never tried to make one. I picked up the CP a minute ago.

As for House of M. They have him for 7 at a local toy shop. I'm going to get him too. I like the color scheme

Fixed. Added a poll. Figured it out.

I am kinda looking forward to Ultimate Spidey even though he doesn't have the same articulation. I think he's getting released next year.

Well I believe that IS a prototype figure. So there's still the chance of it getting the updated articulation. Either way I need it for my Ultimates lineup.

For classic Spidey, I use the amazing friends 3 pack spidey. I do have the iron spider for my avengers line up though.

For modern era spidey, I'll be getting the Future Foundation one. =D

After that, the only spider-man I'll be getting is the new movie one for my movie marvel shelf.
