Starfighter Class Pricepoint= $24.99
This range of vehicles is cool, I enjoy it a lot and there's a lot to choose from. What are the best ones? I'm partial to Anakin's old Clone Wars starfighter with swinging wings and podracer engines. Looks bad ass. I prefer the AOTC starfighters over the current Clone Wars jei starfighters. They're sleeker and more streamlined. Love how the wings can blow off too. Dig the opened wing look. What are your favorite vehicles in this range?

The Magnaguard Starfighter and the Xanadu Blood repaint is pretty rad.

The Large Wing Exclusive Tie-Fighters are my Favorite. Don't remember what the original Retail was, but I got them for under the $25 mark. Aside from that I would say Vader's Tie

They were $40 @Target last year, their release is the best one, retooled cockpit, et al.

The retooled Snowspeeder is by far my favorite of the Starfighter assortment. A brilliant example of Hasbro re-engineering something so that despite being smaller, it's actually more accurate and feature-laden than the original. To me it's arguably the "perfect" Starfighter assortment vehicle.
Also a fan of the V-Wing, General Grievous' Starfighter, AT-AP, Cloud Car, Magnaguard Fighter, and Darth Vader's "Sith Starfighter" (because it just looks so dang cool with that paint job). |

Yes it does, and it's an excellent release, so many new parts, moreso than I thought.

I'd like to make an addendum to my previous statement.
Of all the AotC-style Jedi Starfighters- easily the best of the three designs in my book- the Clone Wars Anakin's Modified Jedi Starfighter is supreme. While it does lose out on the break-away panels, it makes up for it with variable-sweep stabilizers, a fuselage-mounted missile launcher, pivoting turrets, BIG ASS undercarriage-mounted hyperdrive engines that would look at home on an A-10 Thunderbolt II, and a kickass blue-and-white sunburst paintjob. I recommend it to anyone who finds it for a reasonable price. This is a true jewel of a fighter. I hope Hasbro releases it again within the next year or so; I'd LOVE to make a flight of these. |

I found that I actually liked that Anakin's personal fighter basically was a combination of a Jedi Fighter and his old Podracer.
I also like that the second-generation Jedi Starfighters (the Clone Wars versions) clearly borrowed at least some elements of Anakin's design (particularly the center-mounted Astromech). |

my favourite has to be the revenge of the sith jedi star fighter. i know theyve been subject to fan hatred because of the astromech socket but with some wet/dry sandpaper and a modelling scalpel i was able to cut out holes in the bottom for the feet to slip through and now they fit just like they do in the movie. also the ship itself is a nice homage to the TIE fighter design as well as the nod to the hasbro burst out wings on the AOTC starfighter.

when i saw the delta 7B i was stoked to have the chance to actually put my r4p17 and obi wan into something that would suit them, but i was surprisingly dissapointed by it. i still dont know why, its just too....cartoony. it doesnt fit well with my AOTC starfighter and interceptors.
