I like Boss Fight Studios, I’ve slowly been buying their Bucky O’ Hare figures, I tack one or two on when I get Gargoyles figures imported from BBTS, and they are nice figures. Im interested to see what they do with this line.

Love it! Between the D&D figures announcement and now this, ticking some serious 80's nostalgia boxes for me this week. This "teaser figure" Doozer looks really nice, like right out of the show, definitely interested to see more.

This video has lots more info on this, like how they're going to scale Doozers vs Fraggles (and potential future Gorgs), and designs for Gobo, Red, and Travelling Matt:

After awhile, these creatures really made the show from my memory. Did they ever finish construction? I just remember great glass or acrylic scaffolding. I'm interested to see more.
Wasn't there a girl Doozer?

The Doozers really were a great part of the show, and actually their "purpose" for constructing was fully explored in an episode where Mokey wanted the Fraggles to stop eating their constructions (which were considered a tasty snack). But as it turned out, the Doozers wanted the Fraggles to eat their construction work since it allowed them to keep building (and not run out of room) which was basically their life calling (so no real end goal of final construction, perpetual building is how they "survive"). In the end, the Fraggles figure it out and avoid the Doozers having to leave (the story obviously emparting some cautionary messaging about disrupting nature).

The girl Doozer was Cotterpin, a main character who actually spoke to the Fraggles directly.

Appreciate the post Kang. Saves me a few hours of digging and watching episodes of Fraggle Rock. Definitely will help put some focus on re-watching and getting that nostalgia back. Definitely have ideas displaying a few of these when they get released.

These look great but are way overpriced. Also it says the fraggles are 5" tall and the dozers are 3" tall which means the dozers are far too big. For 5" fraggles the dozers should be around 1.5" to 2" and should have just been offered as accessories with each fraggle figure.

Sadly since Boss Fight is making these and at a ridiculous price point, I don't expect a 2nd wave. I'm still pissed they never finished the rest of the main characters for their Bucky O'Hare line.

Bummer! That’s too expensive otherwise I would have jumped right on these. For comparison, Diamond Select’s similarly scaled Muppets line runs around $25 and comes with two figures and quite a few accessories. That seems more realistic, to me anyways.

Just for perspective, these are 5 inches tall. These will be bigger than the muppets.

My bad. I was misinformed. I looked up the Muppet sizes before posting (I do have these figures but they’re packed away) and online said they were 4-5 inches tall (Rowlf, Mr. Teeth, etc… Obviously not Rizzo, Gonzo, etc). Anyways, these Fraggle figures ARE very nice looking.

The Doozer’ s are 3 inches tall. That’s the confusion for many I think. The price is definitely high, but this year is going to shock the living hell out of people for prices. I need a meme of 2022 saying “I had the highest inflation ever” and then 2023 saying “hold my beer.”

You may have been looking at the Palisades Muppets line as opposed to the Diamond Select line (imo the Palisades versions are infinitely better!)
