It's going to be hard not to buy this game right away. Classic Thor as bare arms. Thor arms on a...Wrecker body?

I have a bare armed thor i am saving for another custom... im not sure if they are really thick enough for marcus. he does have huge guns. good idea though.
ive been looking at star wars figures for inspiration but so far nothing has come up. someone has made one using a luke skywalker shadows of the empire figure here.. Marcus Fenix (Mini Figure) Custom Action Figure it looks good, but doesnt really look anything like marcus to be honest. facially nor body size wise. its still a cool figure but im looking for something more accurate... i do have that figure and may end up using his legs atleast though!

bump! anyone else reading this that might have any decent ideas.
the only thing i have in way of a head to use is a marvel showdown colossus. still have no idea what to use for the body, arms and legs. body wont be too hard because i will have to sculpt armour etc, i just need the right size arms... any ideas for a recipe anyone??

Thor arms sound reliable enough, and the Cable figure would be a good starting point. I know you're going for bulk, but Cable fits the character type and would provide a great range of articulation.

im not fussed about articulation to be honest. it would be nice but not mandatory if it sacrafices the look of the figure. i have a sleeveless thor and looking at his arms they are just way too small.
yeh i thought cables head would be a good choice myself, but he far too expensive to use for custom fodder. i have been looking through MU figures, and they have more bulkycomic book style muscles so if i can get an absorbing man cheap, that might be a start. thanks for the response!

You have to shred the figure but for big bare arms Venom from the Spiderman line is a good choice. Clearly they have to be painted

I used a Fenix head from OnyxPhoenix Productions (just google it) and an armored Heavy Duty for the body.

although he said somewhere on the site that you might have to wait 8-10 weeks for your order. i cant wait that long. any other suiggestions for a head to use i can maybe find on ebay?? like a GI joe who could be turned into him??? if anyone has any ideas id love yo know..! thanks for the pic Saint Phe, great custom!
