Looks amazing honestly, I'm shocked. But it is Ryan Coogler. I just thought not even he could rise above Marvel's meddling in movies.

The only thing I'm not really feeling is the new suit, it looks weird. The old one was perfect. But yeah, otherwise this looks like a fantastic standalone movie.

Michael B. Jordan should do well as the villain, because of his relationship with Ryan Coogler. Those two work magic together.

I understand where you're coming from. Hopefully this will help his evolution as an actor. He's already got the look. Honestly, he's my favorite young actor so I want to see him dig deep into this character to give the audience something we can enjoy. The MCU isn't particularly known for their memorable villains, however, Michael B. Jordan is in a different situation from others we've seen. He literally refers to Ryan Coogler as "my director". They've worked in 2 films together (this will be the 3rd), with another in development. I would hope Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige would trust Coolger and Jordan to help bring more magic to the big screen.

Sorry for the long post, LOL, I'm just hoping for a near perfect film all around.

You and me both. Spiderman Homecoming aside, I'm tired of leaving the theater disappointed after seeing an MCU film. And I hope Michael B. ends up being Vulture on the memorability scale and not Kaecilius.

That's a great point. I feel like the best villains that have a fleshed out story. Loki, The Winter Soldier, and Vulture all have a story that was explained through multiple movies. Without going into spoilers, it looks like The Vulture could be headed down that road as well. Hopefully we get more than one showing for Killmonger.

My most anticipated film of 2018. I like all the flavors we're getting.

I feel way less confident about the movie after this second trailer, it looks more typical. The first trailer made it look really fresh.
