Thanks for posting. It's up to hiya at this point to give us screen accurate monsterverse figures, while I appreciate the accessories, monsterarts just doesn't want to try. Reused sculpts. I imagine Godzilla's new look would use the same sculpt, just trimmed down.

These look really good. They are like updated versions of the Godzilla vs Kong figures released 2 years ago. I prefer the SHM over Hiya, functionally over just for looks.

Can't condone unimproved rehashes. When the 2021 figures were first announced, they were priced at 6600 yen. These are 8250 yen. Keep in mind, these still have to be imported. Spare yourself the buyer's remorse otherwise you'll be selling these on eBay for pennies.

Except they are not 8250 yen, they are 6980 and release within the same month which is eligible for combined shipping on Amiami. If you choose air small packet it comes down to around the same cost if ordered from bbts if you dont live in the states. These are repaints of the previous releases, like many lines do. Again just pointing out useful info for those interested instead of complaining

I don't understand the defense of Bandai in this instance.
So they are either the same price as (presumably) Hiya or just a little bit more, so what?
They look terrible.

That Godzilla has messed up teeth in Bandai's own promotional images.
If the only thing they are painting is the teeth, the eyes and the spines could they at least paint them properly?
Could they at least correct the issues that caused the teeth to look bad in every prior release?

No one ever makes Yoshimitsu. That dude is seriously recognizable as a Tekken character, I mean, he’s been in Tekken all the way back to the first game, and his moves are sick!
